My family has used Ziploc for years and have always been happy with the quality of the bags, the ease of sealing, and being able to trust that you have a good seal. I don't know what kind of QA process you went through in the new design of the sealing mechanism, but it's the worst I've seen. I have better luck with cheap off brands. It takes 2-3 minutes to try and seal the bags!! If the design doesn't change back to the trustworthy locking that made ziploc famous...I'll find other solutions.

I use these for more than food storage lol. For anything from clothes I want to keepsake and put up to fabric for face masks that I've already cut out to see to tools to seeds for my garden. Lol. They're a handy low cost way to keep from losing things and storing anything.

I use these constantly....probably more so than containers....due to the fact that you can just toss them when you are done!! They are sturdy...fit in your bag easily!!

Used research for tears. Heavy duty. Great variation in sizes. Big gallon sizes. Great for freezing. Or smal snack sizes. Great for kids lunches. Very affordable.
