I use baggies for everything; food, gifts, rubber bands, paperclips, etc. We do not like to make last minute trips to the store. Having bags of all sizes on hand is necessary to keep us going. We like to have dry cereal snacks handy, so the snack size is perfect. Sandwiches are a staple and thus sandwich baggies are a necessity. I bake so gallon baggies are helpful. Depending on good solid quality items makes us realize that paying for name brand and searching for our favorites are worth the extra!

Normally I go crazy (I have arthritis) trying to open these little bags, which I use to store my snacks in. These opened like a dream! But when I went to close them, it was a different story. At first I thought I'd gotten something in the zipper part, but an empty bags, with clean hands, didn't close, either. It looks like it's closed, but then when you pick it up, it opens. Please, more work on the closure.

It seems whenever Ziploc changes a design there are problems being able to close them...as is with the green colored zippers. This happened before and I am finding it a problem now. I put all my daily vitamins and prescriptions in Snack bags, and when the closures don't stay, all the vitamins and pills leave the bags. Can you imagine how difficult it is to straighten them all out? I think I will look for another brand.

I have been a long time Ziploc user. For the first time I am seriously thinking about using another product. Since your revamping of the easy to open or easy to close opening, I am finding it very difficult to close and spend to much time trying to align to close the bags. I use both the snack and sandwich bags on a dialy basis and am not pleased with this product.

I just went to replenish our inventory of snack bags to find they are now imported from Thailand. Why would we not be able to make such a simple product in the United States anymore? We won't be putting our fresh foods in a bag that has traveled so far and been made under unknown conditions. Fortunately, there are many competitive brands still made in the U.S.A. and we will be shifting our business elsewhere.

I'm extremely disappointed with the new bags. It's really great that they have pretty tabs to help open them more easily. Unfortunately I don't need the extra help opening them BECAUSE I CAN'T GET THEM CLOSED!! Until you fix them I'll be buying another brand.

We have used snack baggies for over 11 years for food, crafts, small toys and fishing gear They were the greatest invention ever! Now we have 4 boxes that are useless! We pass them up for the less suitable sandwich bags as the snack baggies just won't close! Please fix your design!!!

A long time user of ziploc products. In fact we have every size that you can imagine and use them from storage to freezer to snack and more. These "newer" ziploc easy open snack bags are simply pointless and a waste of money. 9 times out of 10 I can't get these to close. Worst re-invent ever!

I just left my home in the middle of the night because I needed snack bags to pack my snacks for the week. I bought a box that claims to contain 150 snack bags, 6.5 x 3.25 inches in dimension. I opened the box and it contains 125 sandwich bags instead of my 150 snack bags :-O :-(. Sure, they are still usable, but this is not what the box claimed to be. These make my little 1/4-cup snacks look depressing, which is why I wanted the smallest possible bags. I don't even want to use them now.

I have been a customer of Ziploc for as long as I can remember. I have always been pleased with the product, but upon purchasing the recently "improved" Easy Open snack bags, I'm so disappointed and frustrated with their lack of closing ability. I use these daily, not only for my grandchildren's lunches, but for everything I want to keep organized. When sealed, they do protect what is inside. the trick is getting them to seal. Unless these bags are returned to their original easy closing ability, when this box is empty, I will not purchase again. I hope you do not plan to make these improvements in your remaining products. That would be a great mistake.
