We’ve been using this few weeks now, tried different beans. Like the output now but my setting is to maximum fine grind with Verona Beans. It just didn’t taste agreeable with a medium grind. Have tried pike, blonde, and settled on Verona whole beans from Starbucks. Milk frother is ok, a little too loud for me, and takes me 3-4 minutes to get milk extra hot, and therefore I continue to use my electric frother or microwave. Best double glass 15 oz short mugs from are from epare (if you plan of steaming milk and pouring espresso directly into latte mug). Overall we got this for $700 on a Black Friday sale, can’t speak to its longevity, but the latte quality is excellent for the price and the refill and cleaning process seems easy so far.

Works perfectly! Machine is simple to use and comes with everything except the stainless milk container. It uses a lot of water as it cleans the spout every time you turn it off or it turns itself off after about an hour. Makes a great espresso.

Beautiful design and quality machine. Perfect coffee can be brewed in many ways without all the hassle of constant cleaning which is one of the main reasons so many people don't own cappuccino machines.

I love love this machine-makes a perfect cup of coffee. Try it once and you'll never go back to drip coffee or k-cups. I had one in Germany for several years and had to have this one (US voltage) once we moved back. I give it 4 vs 5 stars because the water pump vibrates and is way too loud—sounds like it might break! Maybe I just received a bad/damaged machine, but I still recommend this product.

Directions are step-by-step, so it was easy to understand and set up the coffee machine. Making a cup or double of espresso or coffee is done with the push of a button. Frothing milk is accomplished easily, and so we are enjoying delicious cappuccinos every morning, and iced coffees in the afternoon.

We purchased this item as soon as we moved to our new home. (*MUST HAVE COFFEE*) It makes a great coffee or Americano as the beans are ground fresh for each cup. There is also a steamer for making lattes or cappuccinos. We had used a friend’s in the past and were without one for about 4 very long months, so we had to get one as soon as we got to our new residence, and this was priced cheaper than other sellers. It arrived quickly, packaged very carefully. Highly recommend.
