Wonderful machine. Easy to operate and maintain. Tells you what to do to manage it. The coffee results are like going to enjoy the best from a Barista! We love this investment.

Love the way this machine keeps a constant quality cup of coffee, on top of all there’s no more mess on the kitchen counter as she takes care of grinding the beans without spilling any out, and every cup is the same. Great little expreso machine.

I used to be a one cup of coffee a day girl but I love this coffee maker so much that I have at least 2 cups in the morning and a vanilla latte or mocha in the afternoon. No more Starbucks for me - I can make it all at home now.

Machine worked for 4 days and then broke inv2 different ways. The infuser stuck and would not reset and the water leaked. Samsclub.com was no help. De'Longhi was no help. Had to return it to local Sam's Club....who was more than helpful.

Love this coffee maker, makes great cafe style coffee, easy to use, but the steamer doesn’t steam it spews out very hot water. Might be the spout, because the water is scolding hot just not steaming. Other than that it’s great.

Absolutely love this slim espresso machine. My automatic Cuisinart espresso mashine broke down after 4 years and found this one on sale which half of the price of Cuisinart. Working perfectly, easy to maintain and easy to use. And I can't stand bulky ugly espresso machine. So, I'm very pleased.

This is the best investment we've ever made. It's made our Keurig obsolete. It's sleek, simple, fast, easy, and the coffee is AMAZING. I was initially hesitant about the price, but it's absolutely worth every penny.

Bought one of these 15+ years ago and still going (with minor DIY repairs) see Youtube. Great deal on sale. Hope to get another 15 on this one. Makes a GREAT cup o joe !

We’ve been using this few weeks now, tried different beans. Like the output now but my setting is to maximum fine grind with Verona Beans. It just didn’t taste agreeable with a medium grind. Have tried pike, blonde, and settled on Verona whole beans from Starbucks. Milk frother is ok, a little too loud for me, and takes me 3-4 minutes to get milk extra hot, and therefore I continue to use my electric frother or microwave. Best double glass 15 oz short mugs from are from epare (if you plan of steaming milk and pouring espresso directly into latte mug). Overall we got this for $700 on a Black Friday sale, can’t speak to its longevity, but the latte quality is excellent for the price and the refill and cleaning process seems easy so far.
