[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used and set up Brother printers both at work and even owned a few over the years. In the same time, I've used quite a few others as well and have always preferred the Brother devices. This one is, by far, my favorite and the best that I've ever owned. It was the easiest and quickest that I've ever set up. Connecting it to my network and enabling the wireless capabilities was a breeze and only took about 15 minutes. The scanning and printing features are extremely intuitive. Print clarity is fantastic. Best of all, I love the reliability. The connection has never failed, the quality is perfect, and the reliability is fantastic. This really is an incredible printer that does everything that I need and more.

The machine overall is good except for the following:1- it will not allow me to update the firmware which requires using and updating the factory password. 2- the printed paper comes out somewhat curved and not flat.

Purchased as a replacement for a 3770 series. Unfortunately did not review the specs as i stupidly figured it would be the same as the 770. It DOES NOT DUPLEX SCAN. What a POG. One of the most important features for me

Well, I love the printer. Only issue is that it’s brand new and won’t update. It goes thru the motions, but then always says it can’t complete the updates.

Have been using this machine about 6 weeks. No problems. Still using initial starter toner with approximately 400 pages printed. High quality prints.

A great multifunction color printer, I wanted the speed and permanency of laser but was apprehensive about use and cost of color toner - no difference to my previous black and white lasers and I print a lot. Sorry I waited so long to upgrade !

the machine keeps telling me i need paper even though the tray i 3 quarters full and trying to get help from Brother it keeps telling me my model number doesn't exist. i would not by another Brother

This machine can't make 2 sided copies! It will print 2 sided documents but you can't copy 2 sides. I wouldn't have bought it had I known this. I would return it but it weighs 40 pounds and I'd hurt myself transporting it. Very disappointed.

THIS DOES IT ALL. SCANS, REDUCES, ENLARGES, PRINTS 2 SIDED, SAVES PAPER, MADE DOING TAX RETURN SO MUCH EASIER. GOES FROM PHONES, LAPTOPS AND DESKTOP.

Software works on Win 11? Purchased on 2/1/2025. Software pkg errors out when installing. So went to support page and downloaded different software pkg, this time I see it supports win 11. Same error. Have to return it, what a hassle.
