The machine overall is good except for the following:1- it will not allow me to update the firmware which requires using and updating the factory password. 2- the printed paper comes out somewhat curved and not flat.

I like the printer but the paper curls alot coming out of the machine on thick paper. Can be a bit annoying.

This is a GREAT color laser printer. It works as advertised and was super easy to set up to my WiFi network. So happy I bought it.

I love it! Had a canon that was driving me nuts. This one is a dream.
