She loves it, it was easy to set up and is easy to use. It has many different functions and prints at a very fast speed. It is a great product, but is a little pricey.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't do a lot of printing anymore but I was drawn to this because of the brand and it's functionality. I trust Brother products. Being able to print from my phone wirelessly is wonderful. This also scans documents which has come in handy. I don't use the fax function much but some companies still require it so it's nice to have the option. The color printing is nice but it's not a photo quality printer. I'd easily recommend this to friends and family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second Brother printer product I have owned. Had the first one over 15 years. This one is replacing an aging HP machine that had past it's end-of-life date. The functions work just as expected, the touchscreen works very well. And the software is intuitive, easy to use. I have not yet signed up for the "Refresh" program, had something similar on the HP and didn't really care for it. But I may look at it a little down the road, I am keeping the option open. That is the only reason for the 4-star review, is the toner replacement service. Otherwise, a great machine!

I am definitely not super techy but this was pretty simple to setup and has all the functions you would ever need. I use mainly the scan and print functions but you can set it up to do other things as well. It prints very quickly and the quality is high.

So far so good. I replaced a older Brother because a time replaceable part was going to be more expensive than a new one. I needed a scanner but not a fax but now the fax is growing spiderwebs. Does a good job of printing text but not so good with a picture. Could not get it to connect with 5G so connected at No G. (Or what ever). Do not have any experience with the “Refresh” program, though i like the concept.

The print function is good but beware the scanning function. It can't do two sided scanning. Steer clear of this model if you are buying for a small office. I didn't see that two sided scanning can't be done. It is a huge hassle to do it manually.

Has a convenient touch screen, great for everyday use. It is fast and color quality is great! Easy to set up and great quality product! Highly recommend!
