I tried waterbeds, regular foam mattresses and others, After 6 surgeries to my back and one neck fusion I found this bed and enjoyed it from the first night. It is rated a 3 on the chart and it is on the firmer side but for me it does conform to my painful points on my body and supports me quite well. If you are looking for something softer look for a number 2 rating.. For me this bed has been the right choice. It was a gamble but well worth it.

We have always paid around a thousand dollars for a queen mattress. We took a chance on this around $300. dollar mattress based on the reviews by other consumers. We have now been sleeping for 3 months or so on this mattress and I promise never to spend $1,000. on a mattress ever again. This mattress is just as comfortable and firm as any mattress 3x its' price. As suggested by other reviewers, we simply placed it on a plywood sheet fit to the mattress. I don't quite understand why other reviewers said that placing it on a conventional mattress foundation would ruin it - but I did follow their advice and did not place it on a conventional box spring foundation. Summary: very pleased with quality and price.

Purchased in August of 2023, It didn't feel great at first but figured we needed to adjust to it. IT GOT WORSE. began to experience back pain (hubby) hip and shoulder pain for me , bought a topper. IT THEN BECAME A NIGHTMARE to sleep on, the mattress has now sagged on both of our sides, if you try to sleep outside of your well the pain only becomes worse, It is the most disappointing purchase I have ever made.

I bought this mattress for my 8 year old who was complaining his bed was uncomfortable. I thought about just buying him a mattress overlay at first but then saw the reviews on this mattress and the price wasn't that much more so I decided to just get him the mattress instead. He says it's comfortable and no more complaining from him. I have laid on it and had to make myself get up so I don't fall asleep there because of how comfortable it is. I think I will be getting the king size 13" for us. You can't go wrong buying this mattress especially for the price!

This is our second purchase of this mattress, We purchased one for us in july, 2015- Great experience, Great mattress but slow shipping from fedex- So we ordered another for our daughter on Aug 14, 2015- This time the experience was not so great. To start with, The vendor "lost" the order, It didn't ship til almost 4 days later, We contacted Sams and got a wonderful representative named Tryst K. Who went out of her way to get the order moving from the vendor. Then another 6 days in transit from Fed ex ground. Although we appreciated the free shipping, We would have happily paid extra if there was a better/ faster courier available. Fed ex ground is just too slow. Anyway, We FINALLY received the mattress which was in an opened box when it arrived, trivial problem. After all of this, the mattress rolled out great and our daughter who was moving from a twin bed was so happy to have the queen mattress all to herself and has been sleeping wonderfully ever since- Aside from the shipping issues, We HIGHLY recommend this mattress- With or without a foam topper it is wonderful. We DID NOT experience any weird odors, Maybe we were just lucky? We would happily purchase another one of these in the future and have recommended this mattress to our friends and family as well.

when this mattress showed up in a 3 foot by 4 foot cardboard box, i was very skeptical of it being worth the money; but i had no choice. we had guests staying with us for our wedding and i needed an additional bed. after 48 hours of expansion time, i could not tell the difference between this mattress and my big name one i spent 4 times the amount on!!! it is a really great product.

I bought this a few days ago and received it today. I followed the directions on unpackaging and rolled it out onto my bed. I have this big lump in the middle of the bed. Has anyone had this issue? I can't review it since I haven't slept on it so that is why I am giving it 2 stars right now and also depending if this lump goes away, I might be sending it back.

I was very hesitant to order a mattress online without trying it out but the reviews were so great that I decided to give it a try. Very glad I did! I ordered 2 of these for my teenagers. They both love them and have slept great every night since they got them a week ago. The mattress seems to be of good quality and is very comfortable from the beginning. It is very soft but seems very supportive. I have back pain and I felt comfortable when I tried it out. It was fun to watch it when we opened it. The box does not seem big enough to hold a full size mattress but it did. The mattress sort of popped open and fluffed up pretty quickly. I have not noticed any smell at all and I have an extremely sensitive nose. Overall we are very pleased with this purchase and I feel it is a very good price for a great product.

Not my favorite mattress. It has a lump in it that after weeks of being unfolded it still hasn’t straightened out. This is our second one because the first one came with a gouge in it. The shipping packaging was very poor. I would not buy this mattress again. Should have returned it.

It’s pretty impressive with how comfortable it is for a sub $300 mattress delivered in a box. It’s slightly firmer than I thought it would be but at the same time softer than I thought it would be. Oh well definitely worth what I paid for it, Just not awesome, but on the other hand, amazing for under $300.
