I was very hesitant to order a mattress online without trying it out but the reviews were so great that I decided to give it a try. Very glad I did! I ordered 2 of these for my teenagers. They both love them and have slept great every night since they got them a week ago. The mattress seems to be of good quality and is very comfortable from the beginning. It is very soft but seems very supportive. I have back pain and I felt comfortable when I tried it out. It was fun to watch it when we opened it. The box does not seem big enough to hold a full size mattress but it did. The mattress sort of popped open and fluffed up pretty quickly. I have not noticed any smell at all and I have an extremely sensitive nose. Overall we are very pleased with this purchase and I feel it is a very good price for a great product.

Received my mattress in a box, opened and aired out for even less than suggested time and I love it, just the right amount of soft, had it for a while and has remained firm and doesn't have dents in it. Easy to get ready to use and very comfortable. This is NOT a soft mattress, if looking for that I would say on a scale of 1 to 10 with 1 being softest this rates about a 7. Very comfortable

Never fully expanded. There is a ridge running down the middle of the mattress from top to bottom. Also, arrived way past scheduled delivery expectation date. Actually, tried to cancel order since we needed a mattress and there was no delivery update for weeks.

My fiance and I got a new king bed about 6 months ago, so we got two twins to put in it. At first they were bothTemperpedics from another store, I hated mine so I exchanged it 2 times from that store for other mattresses unfortunately, I didn't sleep well on any of them. Then I ordered a sleep number and didn't like the first one which was 1500.00 so they swaped it out for the 550.00 one with different options. I kept giving it a chance but it just didn't feel right, I slept terrible all the time so I returned that one too. After reading the reviews on this Sams club bed I thought I'd try it out as I could return it easily. The first evening I layed on it I knew it was going to be the one, I didn't have to get used to it like the other stores kept telling me. I finally found my mattress! It's not super firm or too soft, you don't sink in, that's what I was looking for. Apparently I sleep so deep that I'm talking in my sleep now:) Also, there was no smell to it, not sure what that complaint was about, I'm sensitive to smells too.

I originally bought this mattress 5 years ago and was skeptical about a mattress being shipped in a box...and SO inexpensive. My fears were completely unfounded. I love this mattress and recommend it to everyone! We bought another for my daughter. No more "dipping" in the middle. I can't even feel it when my 6'5, 280 lb boyfriend gets out of bed.

I was not really sure what to expect as I have never purchased a bed in a box before. It turned out to be a very good purchase for me. My kids were happy to not have to sleep on an air mattress. It is very firm which makes me think perhaps it will last a long time.

I bought this a few days ago and received it today. I followed the directions on unpackaging and rolled it out onto my bed. I have this big lump in the middle of the bed. Has anyone had this issue? I can't review it since I haven't slept on it so that is why I am giving it 2 stars right now and also depending if this lump goes away, I might be sending it back.

I was supprised that they could get a queensized mattress in such a small box. Mattress is very firm but the pillow top makes it a good rest. Ironically, I received another one the very next week and had to call Sams Club to return it so that I didn't charged for a second one.

I thought it was just settling from unrolling it out of the package but to this day only 3 months later it has these waves of lumps as if the coils or layers are all bunched up inside. I think it was just built wrong and defective. In the pics you can clearly see waves or bumps in the mattress. This is the inner layers. Also...the dark spots shown are not dirt. That is all pilling or lint from anything it touches. It catches any fabric against it and tears the lint off like a lint roller. I want to exchange it for a different mattress but dont know how to. Am very very angry about this. Waste of money. Is there anyone at Zinus who can help.

I've always only purchased mattresses from furniture stores and I'm so glad i trusted my instincts and purchased this amazing bed. And then for the price. WOW...this was such an awesome investment. Looking to upgrade all my other mattresses. This is a must for anyone looking for great comfort and for a reasonable price.
