This is our second mattress we have purchased. The first, we used in our camper for the last 3 years. We liked it so much that we decided to get one for the bed in our cabin. We have had zero issues with this mattress. It came packaged nicely and the instructions are clear. It inflated just as it should when opened. No odor.  I received it much sooner than the estimated delivery date so I was thrilled to get it set up before the holidays.

I was skeptical after I ordered this bed frame and mattress since the price was so amazing.  The mattress box that it come in was small I thought the mattress was going to be cheap material.  I was amazingly surprised.  I put the bed frame together by myself the needed tools are even included.  I opened the mattress box and the way it's packaged is unreal, it's pressurized so it gives a   bad impression on the quality.  I unpacked it and was surprised the way it expands.  The mattress is firm and  feels good on my back.  I woke up no back pain.  The bed frame is very good quality and very sturdy.  love my new bed.

Amazing Buy

This mattress is really comfortable. The only thing that is weird is there is no structure to the outside of the bed frame. Normally you can sit on the edge of the bed and it will hold you up, this one you can’t. There is nothing hard inside the mattress to hold you up, you have to sit in the middle of the bed. This mattress is for my little girls so it’s no big deal but sometimes I lay with them and if you are on the edge of the bed you will start falling off.

Nice mattress

A bit firmer than I expected for a hybrid, but comfy nonetheless. As a bigger person (>400#’s) I was a bit hesitant about buying a mattress online, and this was also a change from a traditional spring mattress and box springs to a hybrid springs and memory foam, so I was not sure what to expect. I find it not as “springy”, “ bouncy”as my old mattress but it is quite comfortable. If you want it extra soft and sink in cushy you may need to add a foam topper, but for the price I paid for both the mattress and the frame I am very happy!
The box looked a bit rough, as if someone had tried unsuccessfully to lift it by the top corners ? Cardboard was torn up a bit, but mattress was fine. It comes wrapped tightly in two layers of plastic, the “wrapper” layer and the heavy duty sealed bag that completely encases the mattress. It comes with a warning to be sure to have a clear area free of children, pets and anything breakable. Heed this warning!
Once the first wrapped layer is off, the mattress will rapidly unroll and it is heavy! I struggled to lift it onto the frame alone and then had to turn it as I had it long way across instead of end to end. If you have help, take it! 
Once the second shrink wrapped bag is punctured you will hear the air rushing in as your mattress takes its first big “breath”! I left it for a day to air out and by that evening it was fine. If you buy this for a child or are otherwise concerned about keeping it dry and protected, you could probably leave it in the bag and add a cotton mattress pad , but I had bought a protective mattress pad already, so I removed it. But it is a very tough plastic so even for moving protection might be good to keep if needed.

Very comfortable! Firm without being hard!

I have slept on this mattress for a week.  It already has an indention where I lay.  Does not smooth out in the day.  There is a hump in the mild and if I move it feels like I am going up a hill. Not comfortable at all.  Came in a box that was torn and taped back together.

Sad Unhappy Customer!

Very disappointed with this mattress! After carefully unwrapping the mattress there were lose threads in multiple places on the mattress. It is very springy not in a good way. The balance of foam to spring ratio is not comfortable. It is not a firm mattress at all. Within just 2 nights my husband and I both had back aches and needed adjustments. If you have any issues with your back do not buy this mattress.

Do not buy!!

The mattress arrived with the box badly damaged.  After pulling the mattress out of the box, it appeared that the mattress was re-rolled.  The bottom half of the mattress wasn't rolled like the rest of the mattress causing the foam to look and feel lumpy.

Lumpy mattress

We've purchased mattresses that came boxed many times. This one had big, uneven, permanent folds/lumps, stretching from the middle to the top. The bottom half was fine. But the lumpy half never did smooth out. Even laying across the half that expanded perfectly, it didn't seem very comfortable, so we returned and bought a different mattress instead.
