Returned the shredder because it was making a very loud grinding noise and smoking. This was after two uses and never close to what it says it will allow.

Works great. Probably the best shredder we've ever owned. We liked it so much we're going to the club in a few days and pick up a couple more so people will quit using the one in our office!

Replaced shredder with this new one and love the micro cut! Papers feed through quickly and dispenser is much easier to empty than my previous shredder.

This shredder has everything I wanted, but at a lower price than others I researched. It seems to be well-built, and it is quieter than I expected. Much quieter than my last one. I wish the opening was a little wider since it is sometimes frustrating to get the papers lined up, but that is just a small issue. I'm very pleased with it so far.
