Good product very syurdy.i like it but it does stop periodically and you have to reposition the drawer to move items from the sensor. If you are not uding it for large projects it will be great for every day use.

Replaced shredder with this new one and love the micro cut! Papers feed through quickly and dispenser is much easier to empty than my previous shredder.

Very powerful and easy to use. It has a large bin. I had one at one location and had to get another for my other location because I like it so much. Easily pays for itself bs paying fir shredding.

This mobile device is great when necessary to move to other remote locations. It is easy to use and efficient for shredding documents. The removable wastebasket below is designed perfectly to easily dispose of your shredded paper.

So far excellent. First mission, eat the box it came in. Munched it with no proplem. Has eaten more boxes since then. In total, 4 full bins of misc. paper in the first week with no probems. Highly recommend.

We have bought two several years ago (5 or 6). One still works. The other was heavily used finally quit taking paper. It lasted about 5 years. Worked well enough the we replaced it with the same brand.

All I can say so far, is wow. This shredder is everything I was looking for. Starting with the exterior, this is a decent sized shredder with a pullout bin and wheels that can be locked in place. The green indicator light is lit when it is on and ready. The red indicator is lit when there is a malfunction, the bin is full or needs to be closed properly. The attached power cord, is a decent length. The shredder can shred up to 12 sheets at a time. It doesn’t whisper when shredding, but it does mumble. Not only will it shred paper but it also shreds credit cards (the plastic ones), like buttah. Nice and smooth, not like it’s choking on a bone. It even comes with a lubricant sheet. I’m telling you, my husband ordered one from a fancy store and it was the size of a shoe box (I exaggerate—it was tiny) the kind you have to take off the top to empty the bin after you shred 10 sheets of paper. I said absolutely not. Send it back. He was trying to be helpful, I know. Do yourself a favor, buy this.

Very good shredder especially for $70. What it does well - (1) on wheels which improves usability big time (2) excellent chewing up ability which is a must for this product (3) excellent opening width for putting paper etc into the shredder - many of these products fail miserably here (4) good continuous operation without overheating (5) reliable operation so far. (6) extra small shards. Effective shredding! Most of these sun $200 shredders are not reliable. DRAWBACKS: (1) has no capability to accept a plastic bag to collect refuse so you have to add a step to pull the collection section (it is easy to do) and then bag the shards. (2) no reverse option as the machine does that at end of every session as long as you leave the thing on after the last page shreds - it takes 30-45 seconds for it to reverse cycle. (3) no access to teeth. You get a few sheets of lubricated paper to use to occasionally grease the teeth. But - this means you have to store these sheets somewhere and remember to use them. You can occasionally spray lubricant into paper opening in accordance with the instructions. Overall I recommend this thing as it is better than anything else available in this price range.

First evening filled half of a 40 gal trash bag, over the next few night completely filled it. shut it old computer, discs, and credit cards just as easily as the paper it's stuck on me twice when I ripped a manuel in a half misjudged his thickness, and when it lodged it backed itself up and pushed it up on its own. I didn't have to pride it out. It is top quality. I've had ones that were more expensive than didn't work as well.

I think it will suffice for my home needs, but it seems lighter duty than I expected from the description. I ran it for about 10 minutes and it overheated (it's advertised as 30 continuous minutes, which seemed exaggerated). It's fairly slow at shredding but I could live with that (about 10 seconds for a standard 8.5x11 sheet). But it struggles with 2-3 sheets at a time, no way it can do 12 sheets. It works and might suffice for my home use, but I'd get a heavier duty unit for an office.
