The shredder perfectly fulfills its function of shredding papers, CDs, and plastic cards. It's compact, doesn't take up much space, and has a good capacity bin. It has an indicator that alerts us when the bin is full and needs to be emptied. Good price for the item. I'm satisfied with the product and recommend it.

Works very well. I try not to feed anything more than 10 sheets. I have not pushed it to the 30 minutes run time but I do go over 20 minutes often. During shredding if there is a long pause, it reverses for few seconds and before going into a standby mode. I thought it was a very nice feature. Every month I spread some vegetable oil on a thick piece of paper and shred that to oil the blades. I also line my bin with a thin plastic bag to keep my shredder clean.

I’ve only been using this for a few days, but most likely wouldn’t purchase again. The motor isn’t powerful enough to shred 5 sheets at once without straining, much less the 12 sheets advertised. It also doesn’t always grab the sheets being shredded making it necessary to try multiple times to get it to accept the paper. Relatively quiet and nice sized bin for shreds.

I purchased this shredder because of affordability and ease of purchase. Although it was advertised as being able to shred 12 sheets of paper, I could not shred 3 pieces of paper. right of the box, the cutting blades would not work. I was very disappointed. Possible I just got a lemon. Took machine back for a refund which was the best part of this purchase.

Amazing shredder! It works very well. No issues. I love that it has an on/off button on the back to turn it off when not in use. We plan to purchase another for work.

Returned the shredder because it was making a very loud grinding noise and smoking. This was after two uses and never close to what it says it will allow.

First piece of paper about a postcard size the motor seized up and blew out white smoke took 2 days to air out the room. Would give it a negative star if I could.

We have bought two several years ago (5 or 6). One still works. The other was heavily used finally quit taking paper. It lasted about 5 years. Worked well enough the we replaced it with the same brand.

So far it has worked really well. It is shredding and has not jammed one time. So far I love it. Have not had any issues with it and its only been a short time, But we shall see how it continues to operate.

Makes tiny confetti pieces, doesn't seem fazed at all by up to 12 sheets. Does what is expected of it. One star off because it's slow. If you have a lot of shredding, better grab a book...to read, not to shred.
