Its a good machine but not for 12 sheets at a time as advertised. It jams often when shredding more than 4-5 sheets.

It's been great so far. Only had it a week, but so far it seems like it's going to be great. Seems sturdy and well made. Shreds cards, thick paper, CDs, etc with ease. Can't beat the price, either.

Best shredder I have owned., great sheet capacity and confetti type cutter makes for safety shredding documents. Able to shred full envelopes of credit card offers without opening.Highly recommended.

The shredder made a squeaking noice from day one and now after 3 weeks it does not even work at all

Amazing shredder! It works very well. No issues. I love that it has an on/off button on the back to turn it off when not in use. We plan to purchase another for work.

Right out of the box, I shredded several hundred sheets from my backlog pile, and it worked flawlessly. The machine is very quiet, and with it being on wheels, it rolls out of the way easily. The crosscut shreds are small, and the bin easy to empty. Worth 5 stars for sure.

Very happy with this purchase. Wasn’t planning on buying a new shredder, but my small shredder just couldn't handle the volume of papers that I always seem to have. I did have to purchase shredder oil so I can oil it as recommended. Love that it rolls & has a window to show how full it is. A great time saver for me!

I purchased this shredder because of affordability and ease of purchase. Although it was advertised as being able to shred 12 sheets of paper, I could not shred 3 pieces of paper. right of the box, the cutting blades would not work. I was very disappointed. Possible I just got a lemon. Took machine back for a refund which was the best part of this purchase.

Excellent price! I was searching for two specific functions: 1) micro-cut, and 2) with a pull-out bin to empty it. Then, after searching around I got the idea to check to see if SamsClub carried what I was looking for and yes it was exactly what I wanted, and at an extremely good price compared to the other prices and similar models offered by competitors. I recommend this model shredder for home-office use.
