I've had about a foot high stack of paper to shred for a while due to my previous shredder failing. Saw this one for sale and thought I'd give it a try. Wow, it does shred several pages at a time into little bits of paper. It's much better than I expected.

If you are in the market for a spreader this one will not disappoint. I have 3 large bags of paper to shred and I did it all in one setting. After all was done I had 6 kitchen trash bags of shredding done. I am so impressed with this one and I have owned many in the past. Great product and worth every penny.

The shredder was easy to set up and shredded my papers easily. The cutting blades need to be lubricated every so often. A lubricating sheet is included but I just used some light machine oil meant for an electric shaver. I hope this shredder lasts for a while.

Works very well. I try not to feed anything more than 10 sheets. I have not pushed it to the 30 minutes run time but I do go over 20 minutes often. During shredding if there is a long pause, it reverses for few seconds and before going into a standby mode. I thought it was a very nice feature. Every month I spread some vegetable oil on a thick piece of paper and shred that to oil the blades. I also line my bin with a thin plastic bag to keep my shredder clean.

Right out of the box, I shredded several hundred sheets from my backlog pile, and it worked flawlessly. The machine is very quiet, and with it being on wheels, it rolls out of the way easily. The crosscut shreds are small, and the bin easy to empty. Worth 5 stars for sure.

I bought this shredder for security (I don't like throwing credit card offers and ads like that away without shredding them first), but I discovered that it is exceptionally useful for something else. I used to just tear or cut clean paper and cardboard to put in my compost bin, and on a whim, I tried putting a single piece of plain cardboard through the shredder. It worked. Then I tried some more. I sat in my laundry room shredding cardboard (we've recently moved, and had a ton of empty cardboard boxes to get rid of) for almost an hour, and the shredder never overheated, never jammed, never did anything except dice that cardboard into perfectly fine, compostable material. Even better, i could take out the bin with no issues, no spills, no bags, and take it straight outside and dump directly into the compost bin. I don't usually leave reviews, but this one is worth it. Paper, cardboard, you name it, this thing eats it, no problem. It saved me an incredible amount of time and effort, and is more than worth the price.

Works fine but is slow. Cuts everything into fine pieces. Plan to spend some time if you have large batches that need to be shredded it's going to take a while.Says it holds up to 12 pages at a time but anything over four pieces of paper slows it down.

This was a replacement for another shredder i had for years that died. This shredder handles more papers at once and is fairly quiet doing so. It has a nice feature that after you are done shredding it runs backwards to remove any bits left behind. The only thing there are times it seems feeding the shredder is more difficult than it should be. But overall i'm satisfied with it.

The first one worked for long time so when it went out bought my second one it lasted 3 months so took it back to Sam’s Club got this one maybe the last one was a bad apple hopefully this one will last for some time on average I am shredding 300 pages a day including mail

I wonder if sams club has been doing something about the complaint everybody has: the blinking on button once you try to shred taking about 1 min or more shred the peper, it works backwards but not forward the way it should be, I ran out of warranty because i didnt use it that often but seems that is a general problem
