It works well and shreds paper into very tiny pieces, hence the 'micro-cut' in its name. Relatively quiet, too, but wouldn't want to shred 'stacks' of paper at one time as it's not particularly fast since it's shredding paper so small. Confident no one can read it afterwards, though, so it's great for personal papers at home. Love that it's on wheels, too, so I can push it under desk/table when I don't need it.

I really like this shredder for use at my home. I am cleaning up/scanning some filing that I've held on to for way too long. I don't do much everyday and I don't do 12 sheets at a time, but I have done at least 6 at a time and this unit does very well. I also lube it often with some shredding sheets purchased on another site. My only complaint is you can "smell" the shredded paper (could be I don't have the basket set tight enough) but I have an air cleaner that clears the air right up. For light to medium duty, I would definitely recommend giving it a try.

This crosscut shredder works great. I shredded a 100-count coffee pod box full of old credit card statements in less than 1/2 hour. It shreds multiple copies well. I hope Sam's Club will carry the lubricant packs that go with this member's mark product in the future.

I was a little reluctant to purchase this, but the price was right and I did not want to spend hundreds on the Fellowes brand. This shredded works great! Its quiet, cross cut shreds and fits right in the corner. I used it for a full hour and no issues. I am happy with this purchase! I would recommend this shredder to anyone!

I previously had a different brand of shredder, also offered by Sam's Club, at 4X the price. As best I can determine at this point, this shredder is superior in every respect. It is more convenient to open, more convenient to use, quieter in operation, and much easier to empty and clean. The previous shredder seemed to be designed with difficulty in cleaning as one of the design objectives. I am delighted with the quality at this much better price point.

Best on the market. Bought a shredder from Amazon with good reviews but it don’t last me more than a few months. I bought this one from Sam’s and let me tell you amazing quality, super quiet. Worth every penny!! I work from home and often need to shred lots of paper. This has never overheated and works beautifully!

So far so good. Works as advertised. I really like the feature that credit cards and dvd's can be shredded through this shredder. I have not had this shredder enough time to see if there are any problems. It seems to be a good solid shredder and I would recommend it.

I desperately needed a shredder and remember awhile back that Sam’s sold them. I actually went online and compared the 3 lowest price shredders. After comparing and reading several of the reviews I purchased this one, also the lowest cost and WOW! I love it and now my mom wants one to replace her older one also purchased 10-12 years ago at Sam’s. The reviews stating they purchased and it wouldn’t work, we had the same problem but discovered on one sheet of paper you needed to fold in half for the shredder to recognize. This is a little powerhouse and definitely meets my needs and expectations.

I bought this for my sister for Christmas. A couple.months ago she sat in line with her 3 boxes of papers to be shredded locally for 3 hours, only to be turned away 3 cars from the front. We are in a pandemic. I guess everyone was cleaning out. But she was very disapointed. I gave it to her and it was taken home and plugged in immediately. The 3 boxes of papers were shredded in no time. Her son had so much fun he started looking around the house for more paper to shred. Her old shredder only did one at a time. This one did several, staples and all.

Our 20+ year old cross cut shredder quit a few days ago, so we thought we'd upgrade to a micro cut. This is a great option. The price is better than anywhere else we looked. It was delivered in a day or two. It has convenient controls on the top. It is very quiet. We've had it for a month now and haven't had to empty the bin yet! It holds a lot!
