Our 20+ year old cross cut shredder quit a few days ago, so we thought we'd upgrade to a micro cut. This is a great option. The price is better than anywhere else we looked. It was delivered in a day or two. It has convenient controls on the top. It is very quiet. We've had it for a month now and haven't had to empty the bin yet! It holds a lot!

So far so good. Works as advertised. I really like the feature that credit cards and dvd's can be shredded through this shredder. I have not had this shredder enough time to see if there are any problems. It seems to be a good solid shredder and I would recommend it.

I bought this for my sister for Christmas. A couple.months ago she sat in line with her 3 boxes of papers to be shredded locally for 3 hours, only to be turned away 3 cars from the front. We are in a pandemic. I guess everyone was cleaning out. But she was very disapointed. I gave it to her and it was taken home and plugged in immediately. The 3 boxes of papers were shredded in no time. Her son had so much fun he started looking around the house for more paper to shred. Her old shredder only did one at a time. This one did several, staples and all.

I'm very happy with the new shredder. It's a little slower than the old one I had, but it cuts things smaller, and the bin is slower to fill up. And instead of having to lift the top off the bin to empty (and paper bits falling off), the bin slides out to empty. And I believe this one had a lower price than my old shredder.

Researched out a few MicroCut Shredders on the web and they all appeared to be way higher priced than my OLD shredder that I broke/stripped the gears on. Then I came across this item and researched out the specs, basically this was comparable to my old shredder and pretty good cheaper price. So I decided to jump on it, After using it, I am happy enough with it, But i guess shredders now adays seem to be more safety infused. I have only 2 minor issues with this item compared to my last shredder but by no means makes me want to send back. 1. it seems slower to shred. 2.What engineer decided to put the shredder cut mechanism dropping down to one side and not middle of bucket, hence when shredding a lot, the side that most of the shredder is dropping on will make the fill up stop detector turn on when its not close to fill. You then have to semi pull the bin and shake it to fill up a bit more.

Quick delivery and the shredder was received with no damage. Easy unpacking and start. Plug and go. Up to 12 sheets, pretty quiet operation. Signals when bin is full and very easy to empty and resume shredding. Completely satisfied and definitely recommend.

Great shredder that can go for up to 30 minute continuously, very quiet. Bought this as I needed to clean out a file cabinet and home and shred most of the items in it. This shredder is the best I've had, it is quiet and keeps going and going. Slightly slower than my last one, but I'll take slightly slower over has to rest after 5 minutes on prior shredders.

This Micro-Cut Shedder was nicer and better than my previous shredder. It is taller and has better control buttons than the last one. Although my previous one was good - this shredder is much better and a lot cheaper because of its sale price. I love it!!

This shredder is great for home use, I’m shredding a backlog of old credit cards and paperwork no longer needed. I gave it four stars because I’m not sure how much longevity it will have since I’ve only had it a few weeks. It does a great job and is much better than previous shredders I have owned.

Performs really well. No problems so far, even though it arrived in a mangled packaging. I was expecting a damaged product inside but luckily it wasn't. I thought I was going to head out to the store to return it but it was fine. So far, I'm happy overall with this purchase not the shipping and handling.
