Quick delivery and the shredder was received with no damage. Easy unpacking and start. Plug and go. Up to 12 sheets, pretty quiet operation. Signals when bin is full and very easy to empty and resume shredding. Completely satisfied and definitely recommend.

Researched out a few MicroCut Shredders on the web and they all appeared to be way higher priced than my OLD shredder that I broke/stripped the gears on. Then I came across this item and researched out the specs, basically this was comparable to my old shredder and pretty good cheaper price. So I decided to jump on it, After using it, I am happy enough with it, But i guess shredders now adays seem to be more safety infused. I have only 2 minor issues with this item compared to my last shredder but by no means makes me want to send back. 1. it seems slower to shred. 2.What engineer decided to put the shredder cut mechanism dropping down to one side and not middle of bucket, hence when shredding a lot, the side that most of the shredder is dropping on will make the fill up stop detector turn on when its not close to fill. You then have to semi pull the bin and shake it to fill up a bit more.

This Micro-Cut Shedder was nicer and better than my previous shredder. It is taller and has better control buttons than the last one. Although my previous one was good - this shredder is much better and a lot cheaper because of its sale price. I love it!!

Performs really well. No problems so far, even though it arrived in a mangled packaging. I was expecting a damaged product inside but luckily it wasn't. I thought I was going to head out to the store to return it but it was fine. So far, I'm happy overall with this purchase not the shipping and handling.

Great shredder that can go for up to 30 minute continuously, very quiet. Bought this as I needed to clean out a file cabinet and home and shred most of the items in it. This shredder is the best I've had, it is quiet and keeps going and going. Slightly slower than my last one, but I'll take slightly slower over has to rest after 5 minutes on prior shredders.

This shredder is great for home use, I’m shredding a backlog of old credit cards and paperwork no longer needed. I gave it four stars because I’m not sure how much longevity it will have since I’ve only had it a few weeks. It does a great job and is much better than previous shredders I have owned.

This is my 3rd shredder in two yrs. All Members Mark. The first two had a problem I guess with the chord. The shredder would stop & start like it lost power. When it worked it was great! The shredded paper would come out in tiny pieces so it was great to deter identity theft. If this one goes out anytime soon then no more of their shredders, which would be a shame. The shred bin is large, and it's on wheels making it easy to move.

Doesnt overheat in 5 minutes like other shredders do. And has not overheated with my continued use since owning this. Not that loud. Product is better than any BEST TOP 10 SHREDDERS listed on any trusted national websites including Bonsaii brand, which was terrible!

I was looking for a new shredder and after looking at every brand I chose this Members Mark one because of all the great features like micro cut, credit cards, high paper volume, retractable bin with see through shredded paper quantity. Best of all it's Members Mark, always a cut above ordinary.

This 12 sheet Micro-Cut Shredder is the greatest! Compact and perfect to put next to my desk. Shreds fast! It is also easier to empty the bin into a trash bag, without getting shredded paper all over the floor, which was the case with my last shredder!!
