Doesnt overheat in 5 minutes like other shredders do. And has not overheated with my continued use since owning this. Not that loud. Product is better than any BEST TOP 10 SHREDDERS listed on any trusted national websites including Bonsaii brand, which was terrible!

I was looking for a new shredder and after looking at every brand I chose this Members Mark one because of all the great features like micro cut, credit cards, high paper volume, retractable bin with see through shredded paper quantity. Best of all it's Members Mark, always a cut above ordinary.

This 12 sheet Micro-Cut Shredder is the greatest! Compact and perfect to put next to my desk. Shreds fast! It is also easier to empty the bin into a trash bag, without getting shredded paper all over the floor, which was the case with my last shredder!!

This is my 3rd shredder in two yrs. All Members Mark. The first two had a problem I guess with the chord. The shredder would stop & start like it lost power. When it worked it was great! The shredded paper would come out in tiny pieces so it was great to deter identity theft. If this one goes out anytime soon then no more of their shredders, which would be a shame. The shred bin is large, and it's on wheels making it easy to move.

Pretty much lives up to its reputation! My only minor complaint is that my older shredder (which this replaced) cuts the paper into slightly smaller bits. But I am still very satisfied with this one as it’s faster, more efficient (doesn’t jam so far) and handles a good amount of paper relatively quietly.

Works decent but I don’t think it will handle 12 sheets of paper like it says, I can only run two sheets at a time and it still jams occasionally. I have used quite a few different ones and unless you’re willing to pay $200 or more they just won’t do what they say.

Quick and can handle the 12 sheets are advertised. I like the way it shreds as well - not the typical straight pieces of paper and it's easy to remove the bin for emptying purposes. I definitely recommend this shredder. Previously had a Fellowes and this is better by far.

This is a very good shredder. It is decent size for the home, micro shreds paper, can do multiple pages at once, it’s relatively quiet and has a feature that shreds, stops for a moment then shreds again. It is an anti jam feature. I purchased one from Amazon first, but it was so loud and very small, then I noticed this one from Sam’s Club and went with it and I’m so glad I did. It has a window that you can see how fold the bin is and the bin pulls out

I was looking for a shredder at a inexpensive price. I have to say that I'm happy that i obtained this one. It can handle multiple pages at the same time, it does a great micro cross cut (up/down & left/right). It also has a slot for credit cards or CD's/DVD's that need to be shredded. When you're done cutting it goes in reverse for a few seconds so that if there is anything still caught in the blades it'll fall into the bin. It comes with a main power button on the upper back of the machine as well as a regular on/off on the top front of the machine. I use this at home. I recommend this device.

Our 15 year old Staples Brand cross-cut shredder finally gave out so I shopped on line at several stores for a replacement. This was the best price so I took a chance and purchased it at our local Sam's Club - so glad I did! It's quiet and simple to use. I like the window so I know when to empty it. Great size for our home office.
