Do not waste your money. I bought this for my office and it did not last a week. Upon initial use, it smelled like it was overheating. We thought it was just because it was new and being used for the first time. Shredded about 40 pages, (not all at once) and the motor stopped working, the shredder seized up. No longer works.

So happy I saw this. I've been looking for a cross-cut but never able to afford. This price was awesome and I'm so happy since the first time I used i. Exactly what I've been wanting. Works great! and it's even pretty quite! I'd give it 10 Stars if allowed me too!

Works great, does not bog down and after testing with 12-sheets over and over the shredder just keeps on chugging along. Works for a long time...actually I have yet to hit the "overheat" limit. Cycles of 35 min of shredding and no problems. Excellent product.

I think the shredder is good for the price. The wheels could be a little better since it's not the easiest to move around. The cords position on the top and the material that it's made of feels easily damaged and it's very loud. Other than those cons. The pros really do outweigh the cons of all you want is a simple shredder for hold and you don't mind the cons I mentioned.

I really like this shredder for use at my home. I am cleaning up/scanning some filing that I've held on to for way too long. I don't do much everyday and I don't do 12 sheets at a time, but I have done at least 6 at a time and this unit does very well. I also lube it often with some shredding sheets purchased on another site. My only complaint is you can "smell" the shredded paper (could be I don't have the basket set tight enough) but I have an air cleaner that clears the air right up. For light to medium duty, I would definitely recommend giving it a try.

This crosscut shredder works great. I shredded a 100-count coffee pod box full of old credit card statements in less than 1/2 hour. It shreds multiple copies well. I hope Sam's Club will carry the lubricant packs that go with this member's mark product in the future.

Best on the market. Bought a shredder from Amazon with good reviews but it don’t last me more than a few months. I bought this one from Sam’s and let me tell you amazing quality, super quiet. Worth every penny!! I work from home and often need to shred lots of paper. This has never overheated and works beautifully!

I previously had a different brand of shredder, also offered by Sam's Club, at 4X the price. As best I can determine at this point, this shredder is superior in every respect. It is more convenient to open, more convenient to use, quieter in operation, and much easier to empty and clean. The previous shredder seemed to be designed with difficulty in cleaning as one of the design objectives. I am delighted with the quality at this much better price point.

I was a little reluctant to purchase this, but the price was right and I did not want to spend hundreds on the Fellowes brand. This shredded works great! Its quiet, cross cut shreds and fits right in the corner. I used it for a full hour and no issues. I am happy with this purchase! I would recommend this shredder to anyone!

I desperately needed a shredder and remember awhile back that Sam’s sold them. I actually went online and compared the 3 lowest price shredders. After comparing and reading several of the reviews I purchased this one, also the lowest cost and WOW! I love it and now my mom wants one to replace her older one also purchased 10-12 years ago at Sam’s. The reviews stating they purchased and it wouldn’t work, we had the same problem but discovered on one sheet of paper you needed to fold in half for the shredder to recognize. This is a little powerhouse and definitely meets my needs and expectations.
