After one month only works intermittently. You put paper in and the power goes off and on as it shreds. Plugged in at different locations and no change

I had one of the professional shredders before this one that had thin plastic spacers that caused more jams. This shredder is powerful and very efficient making short work and the cross cut ensures very little left for theives to collect.

Got this shredder to get rid of annoying stuff that comes in the mail and papers with personal information. Just what we needed and the price is right.

Needed a new shredder and decided on this one. Have had about a month and so far no issues. Quiet and shreds in very small pieces. I like that it is on wheels so it can be easily moved. Good price too.

Brand new right out of the box... paper shredder is not working at all. It will turn on but will not feed paper in the shredder. Pain in the but to return.

After a month or two of usinug it, and it was not used very much, it stopped running continuously. It runs using 2 second burst of shredding paper. I do not recommend this shredder to anyoune.

We bought this in May 2021 and within 5 months it started to pulse while shredding and took forever to shred 1 piece of paper. Called and the manufacturer said they would send us a replacement. We received it 2 months later. The replacement started doing the same thing only after 2 months of use. Wouldn't recommend this shredder.

I have owned this shredder for several years (5?). When it is working properly, it is excellent. However, over the last three years, it shreds for a few seconds and then pauses before resuming shredding. It then pauses again. I have cleaned the teeth of the shredder; I have oiled it. I cannot get it to work steadily. I do not shred much paper over time. It should not be worn out. I see others have had the same problem. Thus, I can't recommend it.

Pros: Very Very quiet. Pull out bin makes emptying easy...no more pulling off the heavy motor to empty it. I like the clear window which tells me when it is getting full but does have a 'Bin' light which lights anyway when the bin is too full. It's never overheated with over 10 mnutes of continuous usage, so I can't say how long it takes to cool down. The 21 inch height makes controls easy to reach. Casters are a plus if you want to move it around easier. Devours 12 sheets with ease. Cons: If your looking for warp speed in shredding, this is not the machine. It takes about 7-8 seconds for a sheet of paper to go through. Overall: Ive had others brands. This is not the best, but far better other machines in the same comparable price range.

I bought this shredder to replace another brand that stopped working. I have to say I was impressed by how quiet this shredder is. It shreds multiple papers effortlessly and I love the slim design. The shredder motor is attached to the frame and the entire unit came pre-assembled. I love this shredder so far. Time will tell how long it lasts.
