We purchased this refrigerant 2022. We love this refrigerator, but the ice has been hit or miss after just 6 months. Our craft ice stopped working and the regular ice that comes out of the door will just stop working occasionally. Of course it stops right before our family of 14 come to visit. The refrigerator is large and deep. I can stack 9x13 casserole pans inside. The drawer is also excellent!! When the kids are here it is filled withsnacks and drinks. Otherwise, we keep drinks and luncheon meets and cheeses in the drawer. We knock on the front door to see what drinks and condiments are available without opening up the entire refrigerator. This is an excellent refrigerator that can hold a lot of food when you have a big group staying with you.

I bought this refrigerator a month ago and it is the greatest refrigerator I have ever had . The storage room inside is big. Love the 2 drawer. It can be a refrigerator or freezer. The craft ice is a plus. The compact fits closet to the wall does not stick out like the old models. This is the best refrigerator on the market. You will the not be unhappy with this refrigerator. I highly recommend it.

We bought this refrigerator when we renovated our kitchen. It's the largest refrigerator we have ever had. Plenty of room for anything. The top drawer is convertible-can be a freezer or refrigerator. We use ours as refrigerator because we have a chest freezer and don't need extra freezer space. There is a handy feature, measured water dispensed if needed. Also, regular small ice cubes through the door and "craft" ice in the freezer. The craft ice (ice balls) is great for cocktails and always impresses guests. This is a great unit for any size family that needs plenty of refrigerator/freezer space.

I had to professional person come 4 times bc of the ice or bc the ice craft ice went out within the 1 year and 3 times it stopped working not getting cold. The person that came to fix it told me this model We’re coming out defected ..

fourth new LG unit within a month, all were damaged or malfunctioned. This 4th one does not hold the temperature in the freezer or refrigerator. Craft Ice doesn't work properly. Main computer and freezer cover with sensor are on backorder on this 1 month old unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall quality of the freezer components poorly designed. The tray in the freezer often pops off the rails and must be reset. I know it is because of something below it bumping it up and making it jump track, but it should not be that easy. Craft ice maker.I have owned the unit for 6 months and all was well with the craft ice maker until 2 months ago. Then some of the ice started hanging and not dropping. I called support and they said to raise the temp a few degrees. I have done this several times. It started failing once a week, so now I have disabled the maker. I have seen quite a few complaints on this. Do not buy the fridge for this feature.

The 2nd Drawer that can be customized... we use it as a deli drawer at the moment which is perfect as we make Pizza's a lot and can keep everything in one place. The Craft ice maker is very cool and I use it all the time. We're just starting to get used to the convenience of the see through special door, perfect organizational feature. The water dispenser allows to to preselect exact amounts of water to be dispensed... sooo convenient for cooking! It has a little warning chime that comes on if the doors are open too long so that the temperature is maintained. So many features and conveniences . and it's HUGE inside!

We don't exactly live in the middle of nowhere, but the first available service contractor appointment was in December. He came today, confirmed that it is broken and the whole unit needs to be replaced, and ordered one. We're now waiting until mid-January for this fix. 3 months of downtime for 3 weeks of it working. I can't recommend this refrigerator to anyone.
