Bought this particular appliance on memorial day weekend 2024. At first, I was overwhelmed with the ice making but after a week I had cubes galore... This is a beautiful refrigerator and keeps food and beverage cold. I was surprised that the insta-view door was keeping the food just as cold as the inner part of the fridge.

It was delivered on 9/06/23, the shelving is horrible, all bottles have to lay down. Very little space for taller items, the ice maker is getting replaced next. Definitely won't ever buy again. The only thing nice is the looks.

We are pleasantly surprised at how efficient it is! We haven't run out of ice yet. And we love the special drink ice cubes - they never dilute our drinks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this model 6 months ago and have been very happy with its features, design and functionality. It was a good value for the money. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the build construction is a little on the light side. The thickness and sturdiness of the components doesn't match more expensive models, but that doesn't seem to have impacted the performance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the size but missing controls for the freezer are upsetting. You can only adjust the temperature for all drawers only .Other refrigerators we have seen have options for each drawer. For this price we expected more.

This is an excellent refrigerator. The inside layout is great and gives you enough room for everything you need. The Insta-view door makes it easy to just tap on the glass and see what is in that area. Also having the ability to just open the front part of the door helps keep the cold inside the refrigerator. Both the vegetable drawer and the fruit drawer seem to keep items fresher longer. We use the 2nd large drawer for items like lunchmeat, cheese and various other items that need refrigeration. The Freezer drawers are very spacious and hold a lot of items and make things easy to get to. The cubed ice dispenser and water dispenser in the left hand door have worked flawlessly. Our only problem has been with the Craft Ice maker. We have had to replace it twice as it malfunctioned, but it was handled under warranty. I also like the Thin-Q app as we can see the status of all of our LG appliances and are able to do troubleshooting of any issues. Overall we have been very happy with the LG products.

We really like the pull out bottom drawer freezer because you can see all of your food, it doesnt get lost in the back. We really like the middle drawer which has the option to be freezer or refrigerator, we us it for lunch meet, cheeses and daily snacks. The door in door feature we werent sure if we would use, but now that we have it, it is great. Easy to grab condiments without having to ooen the whole door and look inside.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have this refrigerator 2 or 3 years ago and was happy with it except the ice maker. It has given us a problem for more than a year now. We purchased 5 years warranty and thank goodness we bought it. From time to time we found puddles of water in the morning from the ice maker and we have compressor replace due to the temperature not producing ice and after the replacement 2 weeks ago , it still not making ice. I would like the ceo of LG to own this refrigerator and May be it’s ok to the ceo but not to me.
