Better buy the 5 year extended warranty with this LG refrigerator. Otherwise the performance, capacity, and drawer functionality is very good. It required major components replacement such as condenser.

Not sure until after installed and use it for a month, everything work out very good, the temperature holding exactly, the design are so beautiful and all the features are slick and useful.

We had a problem with the craft ice maker. It froze and quit making ice. The ThinQ app notified us to schedule a service call. The technician was on time and replaced the ice maker in about 10 minutes. Very pleased with the whole process.

I bought in June not happy with water dispensing not cold water ! I am expecting cold water to drink from my water dispenser! It was not indicated that water will not be cold ! That’s my review
