If you are referring to the Craft Ice maker, it is normal for 1 batch of ice (3 balls) every 24 hours. If you are referring to your crushed/cubed icemaker, here are a couple of quick tips that you can do to improve volume of ice. 1. I would check whether or not the icemaker sensor is obstructed. Foreign substances or frost on sensor will interrupt ice production. 2. Check the water supply line for ice clogging the line. You want to make sure that this is free and clear of ice so that your icemaker can get the water it needs to produce ice. 3. Check to see if the icemaker shutoff arm is obstructed. If your icemaker is equipped with the electronic ice shutoff sensor, you need to make sure that there is a clear path between the two sensors at all time.
