Not worth it!

For the price, I expected it to last longer than 2 years. Called customer care and was told they can only log the call and can't do anything else since its past the warranty and several parts only last no more than 2 years.

Convenient and Maintenance free

Purchased this water system in 2016 and used it without issue for 2 solid years, and then after having an in-home system installed, we turned it over to a family member for continued use.

It's nice.. but..

The bottom load feature is great but I wish the machine didn't leak water all over my floor. I've only had it for a week.. I have to keep a towel underneath it..
