The beans are falling apart and almost white. Once cooked the have no flavor or color.

There is an issue with packaging because I received a box full of beans, open bag someone was shipped, no quality check at shipment warehouse.

Just rinse and bring to a boil, take off heat and soak overnight. Pour off water and add fresh. Cook according to directions in a Instant Pot (I use 60 minutes). Salt to taste and add garlic or other flavorings.
