This mattress killed my back. Was way too soft (I ordered the medium) and had to return before having it a week. The online return process has been a nightmare! It took 3 weeks for someone to pick it up and they said it will be another 2 weeks before I may possibly see my refund. I will never buy another large item online from Sam's Club again.

We ordered 2 Twin XL mattresses. Boxes claim to be Twin XLs but when we opened the boxes and allowed the mattresses to expand they measure as a regular Twin size mattress, 5 inches shorter than a Twin XL. All tags on the mattresses claim to be Twin XL.

My wife wanted to replace our $2,500 Stearns & Foster mattress because she sunk into her sleeping position after a few years (the mattress basically had divots in it where we slept). I didn't want to spend another $2,500 on a mattress so we compromised on our first ever mattress in a box. So far, it's been great. The only advice I'd add is medium is firmer than we expected. We're not disappointed - and we haven't tried the plush or firm - just saying our experience with the medium is that it's more like "medium-firm."

Overall the mattress is nice and comfortable, however it is not a true king size mattress. The specs on the website list it as being 76x80, but it is only 77" long. When I put it in the bed frame I noticed a large gap at each end compared to our old mattress. My feet hang off the end. I guess that's how they offer the Sam's discount by removing 3 inches from every mattress.

I first slept on this mattress at my friend's house in her guest room. I had a wonderful ngihts rest. I had recently purchased a mattress of my own. But after trying sleeping on this mattress, I had to return my previous purchase. This mattress is a 10 out of 10.

I work at a mattress store... all we sell are mattresses. That being said, my expectations are always high, and my standards are as well. This mattress feels EXACTLY the same as our previous queen size that was more than double the price. It is so unbelievably comfortable and supportive. Its worth the price for sure and i would buy it again tenfold if we need more mattresses in the future for other rooms

We were sceptical about a bed in a box but our sleep number got damaged so we found ourselves needing a mattress in a hurry in a Sunday so we ran to Sam’s and got this one to try until we could get a “good” one later. To our surprise, the mattress is super comfortable. We’ve had it two weeks now and we both love it. No tegrets.

So comfortable! And great price! I was in a bit of a rush to buy a mattress for some guests coming over. So, I didn’t fully read the full description on the box before buying. I didn’t realize this is actually a spring mattress with a memory foam top. The relatively small packaging tricked me. But, I was definitely not disappointed! The spring/foam combo is so comfortable!

We absolutely love this mattress! The mattress is so incredibly comfortable. We love that it is Cooling so it helps us not sleep so hot and helps ensure that we get a full nights rest. Our kids always ask to sleep in our bed because it’s so comfortable

After getting 3 defective Nectar Premium mattresses in a row, I decided to give up on Nectar. I took a chance on this mattress from Sam's. I purchased a Medium and couldn't be happier with it. I would say it's actually firmer that the Nectar Premium. I have a bad back, hips and knees. I am now able to enjoy pain-free sleep!
