I am extremely happy with this Member's Mark Hotel Premier Collection mattress. From the very first night, I noticed a big difference in comfort and support. The hybrid design really gives you the best of both worlds—the memory foam layers feel soft and contour nicely, while the pocket coils provide excellent support and keep everything feeling stable. One of my favorite features is how cool it sleeps. The cooling cover and gel memory foam really seem to work—I don't wake up overheated like I have with other mattresses. It's a great balance of softness and firmness (I'd say true medium), which works well whether you sleep on your back or side. Setup was simple, and the quality feels impressive for the price. This bed is a god sent from the moment I set it up and I slept in it that evening I have been able to sleep soundly. Ordered this mattress for my sister in San Antonio. FedEx showed it to be out for delivery for 4 days. Had to cancel the order and re-order for pick up because FedEx could never tell us where the mattress was. Sam's really needs to rethink their delivery carriers.

We bought two of the XL Twin size to replace our King size mattress, and use them on a pair of matching adjustable bases. We’ve only had them a couple of weeks, but so far we're both happy with them! This 14" thich mattress works well with the adjustable base, though a thinner mattress might work better.

I've been sleeping on the Member's Mark Hotel Premier 14” Hybrid Mattress (medium firmness), and the difference has been incredible. Before switching to this mattress, I was using an old spring mattress and waking up every morning with severe back pain—it was even difficult just to get out of bed. After the very first night on this one, I woke up completely pain-free. I've now been sleeping on it for several nights, and that relief has continued. I'm consistently waking up without any discomfort and can get out of bed easily again. The medium firmness is exactly what I was looking for—not too soft and not too firm. My previous mattress was a pillow top, and this feels much more supportive while still being comfortable. The only downside is the smell when you first open it. There's a strong, unpleasant odor at first. It does fade over time, but even after a week, there's still a slight smell lingering. Also, be aware that the mattress is quite heavy. I have a king size, and getting it up the stairs was a challenge—it's definitely a two-person job. Overall, if you're dealing with back pain and need a supportive yet comfortable mattress, this one has been a great fit for me.

This mattress was very large the last "14 inch" mattress I got ended up being thin and only about 10 inches max. This bed is super comfortable and has basically a built-in foam topper from the feels of it.

We bought this mattress about 3 weeks ago to replace a memory foam mattress. The Hybrid provides a much better support system with the springs while having the same feel up top with the memory foam. It has felt better every week we have had it.

Did not know what to expect from a mattress in a box but I am never going back to anything else. I am 250 lbs and a side sleeper. My old air mattress was hurting my hips. This new one is everything I've wanted in a mattress .

We've had our king size mattress for about 4 weeks now. It's very comfortable for both of us. I am a 5'5" 130 lb 59 year old female and he is a 6' 240lb 62 year male. We sleep in all positions.
