It went off and I could not turn it off. It blared two days, I finally had to deactivate it. I want a refund.

Nice Detector. We like the fact of the Ten Year Battery. Most likely will purchase again to protect Family and home.

keeps going off. there is no smoke or co2 as other alarms in all rooms remain silent. No nice a t night.

No info on the 10 year alarms and which way the button should be placed and no lights blink after activating it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation was a breeze. I like that this is a dual alarm. I was able to replace 2 separate alarms. The alarm is loud and is easily heard when it matters. I love the long battery life. I don’t have to remember to change them yearly.

I put it in my basement near my furnace room and it works perfectly. It was easy to put on the wall. The battery works for 10 years. I’m hoping that won’t be a big deal to replace after 10 years.

I came to the Kidde website to read the product documentation on the new 10-year detector because my current Kidde detectors will soon be 10-years old. When I clicked on User Guide, Specifications, etc., none of the links work. Since reviewers on other websites have complained about this problem, I was surprised to see that Kidde has not fixed it.

Look no further because this gives me a safe peace of mind knowing we're protected. This alarm was super easy to install and gives you the hardware, such as screws to help install it. No wires are needed, and it gives you 10 years of never changing the battery! There's no low battery chirps they claim,reduced nuisance alarm and it's self testing.
