I appreciate that I do not have to be concerned once a year to check battery.

We like that we don't have to change the batteries every year. We are replacing an earlier model of Kidde smoke/co detector.

It went off and I could not turn it off. It blared two days, I finally had to deactivate it. I want a refund.
