[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great smoke and Carbon monoxide detector. I love that it’s not a hard wired one so I could put it anywhere. I put it in my basement near my furnace room and it works perfectly. It was easy to put on the wall. The battery works for 10 years. I’m hoping that won’t be a big deal to replace after 10 years.

This is the worst smoke detector I have ever had. It keeps beeping after showers despite being two rooms away and the bathroom having an exhaust. It now beeps continuously with 3 short beeps every minute and there is nothing that will stop it, it is clean of dust, and humidity level never reach more than 70% according to the meter next to it. It is maybe 3 months old...

First thing you notice is this carbon monoxide/smoke detector is more modern looking than the model it replaced. It still has the green status light to let you know the power supply is good. These are the loudest alarms I have ever heard. They work well and you can tell the difference in beep alarm for Carbon monoxide and smoke. Definitely recommend!!

The alarm is nice and loud! I tested the unit and my husband could hear it on outside the house. This gives me a piece of mind knowing that my family is more protected with having this smoke + carbon monoxide detector in our home. I will be updating the rest of my regular smoke detectors with this model. I highly recommend this one by Kidde.⁩

Having this in the basement gives me a good piece of mine but when my kids are sleeping, they are safe.

Obviously this is something that you can’t really comment on fully until it’s served its purpose, but it’s great right now and was easy to install.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really appreciate that this is a combo smoke and carbon monoxide detector. It is important to have both, especially in an old home like mine. This easily installs on the ceiling and you don’t need batteries. You just move a tab over and the installed battery is activated. No more chirping when the battery is low (which is amazing because that always sent my senior dog crazy and always seemed to happy when I was deep asleep). This is a must have for peace of mind.

I will happily say that I can appreciate the longevity of the battery life of this unit. Installation was a breeze. I will gladly pick up more of these units to replace old out dated units I currently have.
