I’m mostly pleased with my new mattress. I certainly couldn’t complain about the price. The only downside is that the mattress creaks when you sit on it. This happens mostly around the edges of the mattress, not so much in the middle. It sounds like squeezing a box of corn starch. But when you’re laying down and turning in bed, it’s not k be noisy at all. So it doesn’t keep me up at night. The mattress sinks when you sit on it. But, when you lay in it, it feels very firm and supportive. I was surprised when the mattress arrived in a small carton. Although the carton was bashed up when it arrived, the mattress was in perfect shape. Cutting open the airtight wrapping allowed the mattress to unfold and take full shape. That was really cool. For the price, I’m very happy with this mattress.

I have slept on this mattress for a week. It already has an indention where I lay. Does not smooth out in the day. There is a hump in the mild and if I move it feels like I am going up a hill. Not comfortable at all. Came in a box that was torn and taped back together.

I've only had this Mattress for about 3 weeks. It actually took about 7 days to reach full FIRMNESS. It got up to full height in about 3 hours and I have slept on it since night one. I'm 5' 8" and weigh 255 lbs. I sleep on this mattress in the middle of it by myself most of the time. It is nice and firm. It is firmer out at the edges and supports me just fine when sitting on the edge. I have it on a Wooden Slat Solid Foundation. NOT the older traditional ACTUAL Spring Box Spring base like they use to make. The Coils in it are made of THICK steel, they are not thin or wimpy by any means. For the first 3 to 5 days I was thinking that I might need to return it to get their Extra Firm Mattress. But on day 7 or so this mattress became VERY solid. Going by how firm this mattress became I cannot imagine what their Extra Firm would feel like. lol I would highly recommend this mattress to anyone looking for a good FIRM supportive mattress. I normally am a stomach sleeper but do sleep on my side and back from time to time and this mattress is supportive and comfortable in any position I sleep in on it. It also sleeps COOL....I was using a Firm Memory Foam mattress for the last 3.5 years and it slept HOT. It also never had the support that I was use to in my other Inner Spring mattresses. So, getting this inner spring mattress has been great. BTW, the Foam and Batting Layers in this mattress are NOT Memory Foam but it does give a bit and is very comfortable. It is a FIRM mattress though, and I suggest you use a Mattress Pad with it. The Mattress pockets on the top are a little DEEP and you can feel them under a sheet when not having a mattress pad. I would say this a solid 9 out of 10 for firmness and for the money & comfort this is a great mattress. Now time will tell how well this holds up, but so far I can see no reason to doubt that this will hold up to the test of time. I have Jumped on this thing, walked over every inch of it many times, stood it on it's side, shaken it every which way you can think of and moved it around several times during the first few weeks just to help it UNWIND so to speak from it having been folded for shipment. As I said above....mine took a good 7 Days to get to full FIRMNESS. So, if you buy this mattress give it a week or so for it to get to what it will be for you.

This is my second Zinus Mattress.. first one was very comfy so I decide to buy another one... well 2 weeks have passed and still doesn't have its shape.. it lumpy soooo uncomfortable. I've decided to xall sams see if I can return it. I was so disappointed since the first one bought was good.

A bit firmer than I expected for a hybrid, but comfy nonetheless. As a bigger person (>400#’s) I was a bit hesitant about buying a mattress online, and this was also a change from a traditional spring mattress and box springs to a hybrid springs and memory foam, so I was not sure what to expect. I find it not as “springy”, “ bouncy”as my old mattress but it is quite comfortable. If you want it extra soft and sink in cushy you may need to add a foam topper, but for the price I paid for both the mattress and the frame I am very happy! The box looked a bit rough, as if someone had tried unsuccessfully to lift it by the top corners ? Cardboard was torn up a bit, but mattress was fine. It comes wrapped tightly in two layers of plastic, the “wrapper” layer and the heavy duty sealed bag that completely encases the mattress. It comes with a warning to be sure to have a clear area free of children, pets and anything breakable. Heed this warning! Once the first wrapped layer is off, the mattress will rapidly unroll and it is heavy! I struggled to lift it onto the frame alone and then had to turn it as I had it long way across instead of end to end. If you have help, take it! Once the second shrink wrapped bag is punctured you will hear the air rushing in as your mattress takes its first big “breath”! I left it for a day to air out and by that evening it was fine. If you buy this for a child or are otherwise concerned about keeping it dry and protected, you could probably leave it in the bag and add a cotton mattress pad , but I had bought a protective mattress pad already, so I removed it. But it is a very tough plastic so even for moving protection might be good to keep if needed.

Shipped in compressed box. Has weight to it but I did handle it with no help (50 yr male). If you are familiar with eurotop then this one doesn't disappoint. After a day of expansion, the mattress feels comparable to our Sealy at way less than half the cost. I don't give it a 5 star because when laying on it, it does have a little more softness than my experiences with other eurotops, but I am being a little picky. The mattress is very nice. Only have it for a couple of weeks when writing this review.

Ordered for a 2nd Bed Room. Comfortable enough that I would have ordered a King Size for the Master Bed Room.

It's not for me. It's very firm. Feels like I'm sleeping on a mountain. If you need a good firm mattress, this is for you.

Soiled top and did not expand correctly leaving visible lumps. Sams is replacing it but return is not simple as it is upstairs and fully opened.

This bed is very comfortable but it sloped on one side. Probably never fully expanded. Sam’s refunded us and we are waiting pickup.
