Just because I'm an adult doesn't mean vitamins can't be fun! I started taking these after removing a gel manicure that didn't want to be removed, it's been about a month and my nails are growing nicely and feel a bit stronger compared to after the gel manicure. I probably won't continue on these after this bottle is gone as my daily vitamin is pretty comprehensive.

Progress is slow but after taking them for awhile you really start to notice them working. They also taste great!

I purchased this product for hair loss and I have been using it for about 1.5 months. I really don't see any change to my hair. I will say that my nails seem a little stronger. I do like the taste though. I don't know if I would buy this product again.
