[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are unlike any other gummy vitamins I have tried for hair and nails. They are not overly chewy and sticky. They have a nice consistency and smooth. They also seem to be growing my nails faster in my opinion go try them.

These are the greatest biotin supplements I've taken. I've bought hard pill form biotin before, but it is just difficult to force myself to take a pill every day. With these gummies, it is super easy because they taste great. I didn't notice a huge difference in my hair, but a massive difference in my nails. The longest and strongest they've ever been!

These are by far the best hair, skin and nails vitamin gummies I've used. I can tell like right now because I decided to try something new and within 2 weeks I could see a difference in my complexion, it just didn't look as healthy from the inside out. My hair isn't as lustrous as before. I will not switch again, I learned my lesson!
