So far I love the flavor, the contents and the packaging is super cute too. The pricing is at par with the other market brands. Now I have to just wait and are the results .

The gummies are delicious and easy to chew! They arent as sweet as they smell which is a plus. So dont let the smell deceive you! Ive taken other vitamins before and am not a huge fan of taking pills so if youre looking for an alternative this is a great one.

These to me I just wake up have a meal and pop 2 gummies and I go on with my day and I just feel like Im eating some strawberry flavored gummie bears. These are super delicious to eat! I’ve had the strawberry ones but I believe they make other flavors too! As far as results though, I did not see any. I took them regularly for a couple months. It was easy to stay consistent because they taste so good I was looking forward to it. It would have been nice if they helped with hair skin or nails though. Disappointed in that area

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These little gummies have helped my nails not be so brittle and my hair actually looks more healthy and is less prone to breakage. The flavor of the gummy for me is a drawback. It has more of a processed artificial chemical taste to it than I would care for which makes it hard to remember constantly to take them. If it wasn't for the flavor this would be a part of my daily regime.

I just started taking it a few days ago but I do think my nails are already showing some great growth. I'm excited to see what a month will do. Idk how to tell if these work or not. Sometimes my fingernails peel with some brands and with others my nails grow super long. I haven't really taken notes to tell which is which. But am I going to stop paying to take these every day? Nope. So, what are you going to do?
