I’ve been using this product eight years and I use it consistently daily. I’ve used it so long that only time I can tell the difference is when I skip a few days and I noticed that my skin does not have that glow. Overall, it’s a great product and I think I will always use this as far as my hair. I think it’s made it thicker my nails not longer but stronger.

I bought these instead of the usual tablets I use. Wow, these were glued to the inside of the container. I even cut the jar open at the top and they still had to be pried from the sides. After working at it for several minutes all of the contents came out in one big blob. You might think that it would then be easy to separate the gummies, but nope!

The gummies are all stuck together in one big clump. The gummies must have gotten too hot, that they melted together and are all stuck. I had them delivered to me see I did NOT shop for them personally. Sam's shopper should have shakedown the bottom first to make sure they are all loose. It's very hard for my old arthritic fingers to pry them loose. I am disabled and can't shop for myself or return them.
