The gummies are great for people who have a hard time swallowing pills. Great taste.They are good for your hair, nails, and skin. I didn’t tell my beautician that I was taking anything for my hair. She said,”girl what have you done to your hair. It has really grown a lot.”

Recently purchased this product and only taken a few days but have already seen my nails look and feel stronger. Gummies were nice and soft and pleasant tasting. I really got it for my hair so will have to update later as I see what improvement I have. Many reviews said the container was very hard to open, I had trouble and had my daughter open it. She said I was trying too hard she just turned the lid slowly to right slightly pressing down and lifting. It opened right up and then I tried it and no problems anymore.

These taste good but I am not sure they are working. I still have brittle nails that split and won't grow despite taking these things for quite a long time. This will be my last bottle.

I bought these instead of the usual tablets I use. Wow, these were glued to the inside of the container. I even cut the jar open at the top and they still had to be pried from the sides. After working at it for several minutes all of the contents came out in one big blob. You might think that it would then be easy to separate the gummies, but nope!

The gummies are all stuck together in one big clump. The gummies must have gotten too hot, that they melted together and are all stuck. I had them delivered to me see I did NOT shop for them personally. Sam's shopper should have shakedown the bottom first to make sure they are all loose. It's very hard for my old arthritic fingers to pry them loose. I am disabled and can't shop for myself or return them.
