Definitely see an improvement when taking this product. Especially on my nails, but also on my hair growth.

Beware, it is not the same as Walmart’s. Did not realize it was not the advanced with 6,000 mcg. This one only has 2,500 mcg.

This product really works. I swim seven days a week. My fingernails used to flake in geologic layers until I discovered Hair, Skin & Nails, which quickly reduced the flaking and breakage by 99%.

These are great but stick together in the giant bottle. The manufacturer needs to make these in a jar to easily access since they cannot be retrieved when it gets to the bottom of the large bottle.

I took the first gummy the same afternoon that I received the shipment. That evening, I noticed that I felt sick to my stomach, much as I do when taking the medication erythromycin. I felt fine the next morning, began feeling sick about an hour later, and quickly put two and two together. I tossed the entire contents, recycled the bottle, and have felt fine since. I looked up side effects and discovered that nausea is one of them.
