So let me start off by saying these are the best tasting gummies I've ever had. So easy to make it a habit. Haven't noticed hair growth yet but I do believe my nails are stronger.

I'ts hard for me to believe that these are viable after they are congealed into a gelatinous mess. Trying to get these things out of the little hole is laborius, painful, and irritating. I used a long-handled teaspoon and a fork to get them out. Only two fingers will fit in the hole to pry these things out. I finally got the big glob that is in the picture. Then you have to pick THOSE apart. It literally took over 30 minutes to transfer them to another container. This was NOT the first time this has happened. Found this info online: "When biotin gummies get congealed or melt into a single mass, the active vitamins become unevenly distributed throughout the blob. While the supplement doesn't become toxic, you will no longer get an accurate dose per serving. Furthermore, heat exposure can degrade the potency of the biotin."

I don't like these at all. My face is breaking out, my strong nails have all broken off. This brand of biotin doesn't work. I'm going back to my old brand.

These gummies taste so good, I could eat the whole bottle! Simple ingredients to give you the vitamins you need without all of the extra sugar. They’re easy to make part of my daily routine when they taste so good!

I love the Nature's Bounty Hair, Skin, & Nails gummies. They help my nails which I am either biting or they are breaking and/or peeling. And my fine, thin hair now has volume that it didn't use to have. I am sure any biotin will help, but these are always fresh, and yummy, too!

I love these hair skin and nails gummy’s!I have been taking them for about 8 months and my nails are so strong and healthy! Last time I went to the nail salon the lady thought I was lying and had tips on she kept checking my nails and re checking and checking again. Then that is when she told me your nails are so beautiful and healthy. My hair also grows twice as fast. My skin is actually very nice looking for awhile I struggled with dark spots on my face they used to call it a pregnancy mask, I had even after pregnancy. Now no dark spots just beautiful even colored skin tone and no zits. Love it!!

Great little gummies for me and my mother. My hair has always been thin and as I've gotten older it has gotten even worse. My mother is 88 and had patchy spots where her hair was coming out, not bald but very thin showing scalp. Since we started taking these our hair has gotten thicker, almost covering up moms sparce looking scalp. I don't think these are miracle pills that will make your hair grow but I do know that our hair has gotten thicker and seems to grow a bit faster than before we started using them. May work different for other people but for us it does seem to help our nails grow out faster too.

I have been using these for several years. I do see the results in my nails and hair. Unfortunately for the last two years I have been buying them, it is a struggle to get them out of the bottle. I am not kidding when I say this. I have to use a long handled 2 prong fork to pry them apart while in the bottle. IF I am lucky, I can manage to get a small clump out that I have to individually pull apart. I see the reviews here have mentioned this problem for the past 6 years. Can you not find a solution to this problem so we can manage to have the gummies easily come out without having a huge clump stuck in the jar. Please do something to change this since it is a good product but it is time consuming and annoying to go through this problem. I gave it 1 star because of this problem or it would have been higher

I just finished my bottle but I have been buying this product for years. I don't like swallowing pills so this is always my go-to. The gummies taste great and the ingredients are just of perfect proportions. I always see improvements in my hair and nails after using this product. I highly recommend to use their bottle in one phase as if you leave it out for months, the gummies turn old and hard. Other than that they are amazing, the aftertaste is sweet and the bottle is so easy to open.
