They are soft, squishy, and sweet! They taste like a sweet treat but theyre actually good for you! I definitely think this is a good price as long as they work like theyre supposed to! I've been using Nature's Bounty Hair, Skin & Nails with 2500 mcg of Biotin for a few months now and I'm pleasantly surprised by the results! My hair feels stronger and has a noticeable shine, and my nails are much less brittle. The tablets are easy to swallow, which is a bonus, though I wish they had a slightly less strong aftertaste. Overall, I would rate it 4/5 stars for the improvements I've seen in my hair and nails, making it a worthwhile addition to my daily routine!
