DOES NOT DO ANYTHING!! I took a regular dose for several months with NO RESULTS! Then I took 4 per day for few months and still my nails are thin and peeling. I see no difference in my hair either. I love the taste that's why I gave it 2 stars BUT I bought it for my brittle nails and hair. NO RESULTS AT ALL AFTER 2 BOTTLES!
