Ive tried gummy vitamins that were meh before, but these really do taste amazing! Youd never guess they were a supplement. I take two around lunch time and am hoping to see some good results. I started taking them a week ago and notice such a difference in my nail strength! My hair is also so much more shiny and healthier looking!

For me I do think theyre a little to sweet and auger is high up on the ingredient list, but if you want a little something special and get some vitamins too then why not have a gummy??

Tastes so good I have to force myself to stop taking more. I can’t say that I see or feel any different with my skin, hair, and nails. If I do notice anything, it may just be a placebo effect. But it doesn’t hurt to take them, and since they taste good and they’re fun to eat since they’re gummies, it feels like a treat.

But these are taste great and do not have a vitamin after taste at all. I have always had nice hair and nails that grow quickly, so I can't say I noticed any changes.
