It's definitely a must try for people with color treated hair. The major difference I noticed so far way the impact it had on my roots. Although I've only tried the strawberry I look forward to keeping up with my 2 a day plan!

These tasted good, have a nice texture, and come in appealing packaging. They are a good value. Although I didn't notice any difference in my hair, I have genetic alopecia, so it was a long shot anyway. However, I did feel like my nails felt healthier.

They are soft and with a few days of using them Ill hopefully be seeing some results, its only been 2 days so it may be too soon to tell how well they are working.
