The biggest difference I've seen with these gummies is my nail strength. I have very flimsy, brittle nails that break off easily. After about 2 weeks of eating these, my nails were noticeably stronger and weren't breaking as much. The taste of the gummies are sweet and don't have a strong smell.

The good thing about these vitamins are that they help your hair in the long run. Its healthy to take extra care in maintaining your hairs growth and health. I didnt feel a big difference in my hair, skin and nails, but Ill keep using it and see if anything improves. I didnt like how it has high fructose corn syrup as a big ingredient because thats totally unnecessary in a vitamin. I think there are better vitamins out there by MyKind Organics and they all organic and vegan.
