[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These gummies taste good. Ive noticed an increase of hair growth and a huge increase of nail growth. I definitely dont think they work as well as other HSN products that Ive used before but I would recommend them.

You take two per day (for adults) after a meal. The taste is really good/smells just like strawberries! I cant wait to see results.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First and foremost, these gummies taste really good! They arent hard either like some of the gummies Ive tried before. The only reason Im giving this 4 stars is I feel I havent been taking them long enough to notice any big changes. After about 3 weeks, I do notice my nails have been growing more than usual. My hair does feel soft, but those are about the only two things I notice so far. Hopefully after finishing the bottle, Ill be able to update this review with anything else I notice!

Ive taken other hair, skin, and nail vitamins before. I havent been using them long enough to see a difference plus I take other daily vitamins that also make my hair grow. Overall, taste is pretty good.
