If you like gummy bears, you will like these! I would most definitely buy these again. I highly recommend. They are not too chewy either! Better then taking pills!

So, as to the actusl effects, I am not too sure just yet? I think one would have to take them for at least a month or two to be able to correctly guage that? However, they taste great!! The flavor is amazing and you don't even realize you are taking a vitamin/supplement/etc! Super yummy! So, I give them an A+ on that, but the jury is still out on effectiveness.
