I like the taste of these gummies and that they kind of just don't taste like weird healthy gummy is there anything they have like a good flavor cuz I do have a sweet tooth but I also like to you know be healthy. They're good for like what it says your hair and nails and really your whole body and I've been taking them and look they're really good like I feel I don't know healthier better so I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants healthier hair and healthier nails cuz he's gummies will do that.

They are soft and with a few days of using them Ill hopefully be seeing some results, its only been 2 days so it may be too soon to tell how well they are working.

I also have pretty strong nails and hair to begin with, so it's understandable that I didn't see improvement there. I don't have great skin, but didn't see much of a change there either.
