[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved the Natures Bounty Hair Skin and Nails Gummies! They surprisingly had a very good strawberry flavor. I liked how they didnt stick to my teeth as some gummies do. I noticed while taking these vitamins that my nails became stronger as well as a noticeable growth to my hair and nails. My only con to this product is the sugar content. I would definitely repurchase again for the price.

I have healthy hair (I rarely apply heat and I never dye it) so it grows steadily but I recently cut it and several friends were telling me my hair was so long already! Anddd I have the worlds weakest nails but theyve been growing and staying stronger! Theyre not perfect but they are progressing. I love this stuff.

The only problem was, that I couldnt see much of a difference in my hair, skin, or nails. Ive been taking them for about two weeks so maybe it just needs a little more time. Its a little pricey to keep trying though.

My hairdresser recommended these for my hair and nails. I immediately purchased them for myself and my daughter. First off, they are so good! I take 2 before bed. I've been taking them for about 2 weeks now and my nails are definitely stronger and growing better. I haven't noticed a difference in my hair or skin yet, but hopefully soon!

These are a great starter for your collagen, biotin, anti-aging gummies. Of course, there are a myriad of others but these are a nice basic one. You will need to basically consume the whole bottle and then get another and be super consistent to “see” the results. You'll notice shinier hair and faster growing nails. Skin still pretty much the same, maybe a little more hydrated? But I like them and they taste good, also cheaper than most others with option for bigger bottles.
