This won't replace my daily multivitamin however I will take it alongside this now! I really enjoy the strawberry flavor and the texture.

Ive been taking these for about 2+ weeks and Im not really sure I notice a difference- although to be fair, I think supplements should be taken for at Least a month to start seeing results. I wont repurchase these solely for the reason that Im currently getting laser hair removal, and I dont want to take something that helps promote hair growth. I received these for free for review.

I prefers Nature's Bounty Extra Strength Hair Skin Nails, 5000mcg of Biotin, 150 Count (Pack of 2) . This last one has all the benefits without the bad ingredients for a healthy and fitness lifestyle!
