I like the fact that it is a gummy and the taste isn't terrible, but it's not that good either. This is the first gummy hair, skin and nails vitamin I have used but will definitely keep using it.

After two weeks I can actually see a small difference. I know that a longer time will help me see more results. So far the taste isnt disgusting, the consistency is good, and slight results are seen. After about a week, I've noticed my hair is pretty soft even through re-coloring it. Will likely be repurchasing after I go through my bottle if I see similar results for my nails and skin
