I been taking this for a month or so, and I really love it. Are a little expensive, but really value for the results. I mean, my nails are growing more faster than the usual and more stronger than before. My hair is growing faster than the usual too.

I've used it before and love what it does for my nails. You don't see instant results but it's well worth the time. My nails flake less and grow longer before they break! Natures Bounty Hair skin and nails is a great product to use for beautiful skin hair and nails , it’s well worth your money, it’s a great quality in the package, and the ingredients help a lot with everything and packaging is the best in the vitamin bottles I’ve used, I definitely recommend these to others to try for themselves as well
