I have always had nails that break easily and this is helping with that. I have also noticed that my hair looks shiny and less dull. As for my skin... Well it looks to be clearer than it was at the start of taking these.

They are super soft and chewy with a great natural Strawberry flavor! I look forward to seeing the results of prolonged use! My hair and nails had a change when I took this for months. It is an affordable product for those under a budget. I would suggest looking at the ingredient to make sure they will be okay for you. I'm prone to some sensorial issues, but the texture of these gummies was surprisingly okay for me! The packaging is a plus; it's so cute.

Have been taking these for 3 months now and i have been pleasantly surprised. They give a well rounded vitamin shot and taste delicious. Also, their price cannot be beat by competitors. Love that now they include collagen which is also very important for health. Will continue to buy!

They are pretty affordable as well. They can be effective to a certain point. But I think you would need to add more biotin along the way. If you want to get the affects of the biotin.

I haven't noticed any more growth than normal, but I have noticed a lot less breakage. The gummies are also yumtastic! I would definitely recommend.
