I used the entire bottle, but was truly unsure if I was experiencing the desired side effects. They taste great. No lingering aftertaste. They didn't seem too sweet or sucky when chewing. Maybe a regimen of no less that 3-4 months would provide some visual results.

I havent taken them long enough to tell if they are making a difference in my hair skin or nails, but they sure do taste good!!! They have all sorts of vitamins in them.
