Ive taken biotin pills before, but I would inevitably forget to take them and get off track. These gummy vitamins taste awesome though, so it makes taking them so much more enticing! They also dont have that chalky texture and feeling that a lot of other gummy vitamins have and they arent filled with unhealthy and unnecessary fillers. They are gluten free and the colors and flavors are naturally sourced which I can get behind 100%! All in all, this is a great product and makes taking supplements more fun and enjoyable.
