I do notice less breakage and more fullness in my hair. Nature’s Bounty supplements have always been my go to brand they are the best!!

Taste great! Strawberry, non-chalky flavour.. you forget these are vitamins! I took 2 of these every night before bed, no big change in over all hair growth, but shinier + overall softness for sure. My nails, however changed incredibly! Much stronger and less brittle. Only reason I I give this a 3/5 is because my main focus was for hair length / growth. Great product to start with, for healthier hair overall.

They smell good and are so delicious compared to other hair skin and nails gummies. I can start to see changes and would definitely keep taking them. They dont leave a bland taste in your mouth, easy to take and are very convenient. I would buy as well as recommend to anyone who wants to try them.

Compared to other alternatives, I didnt see a lot of improvement. My hair and my skin wasnt greatly affected. My nails did grow a little stronger.

I have been taking this product for three years. The formula recently changed claiming better taste. I don't find the taste to be better or worse though I preferred the creamier taste of the previous formula. However, the new formula results in the gummies sticking together and resulting in a large sticky clump in the container. I will not buy this formula again.

Eh, i mean they taste good... but there aren't any miracle ingredients and In my opinión, I'm better off with a multivitamin and a higher dose of pure biotin. I went and bought a bottle of just biotin and have been taking that instead. I don't need the extra sugar.

These are my favorite they taste amazing and I think they really work! Just take one or two a day and your hair will start to grow a somewhat faster than usual. It may not be notable daily but after a few weeks you will begin to notice your hair getting longer!
