I bought these a month ago, I decided to buy these because my nails would take FOREVER to grow and when they finally did they would just break!!! I thought using biotin daily would help strengthen my hair and nails. But clearly in was wrong. I hae been using these for about 2 weeks and I wont be going back. It taste great and it is a bit pricey but my hair is longer and stronger. My nails are stronger. My skin hasn't seen that much of a difference. but my skin is a different story. If you want longer, stronger hair and nails. Go out and get this!

They are a good supplement if you are looking for Biotin and after about a month I can tell a different in my nail strength.
