[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They taste so good, I have to stop myself from eating more than too. Ive noticed an improvement in my nail strength. I received them for free this time, but I will be buying more in the future. They are very affordable and effective.

I definitely noticed a difference in my hair and nails. I could definitely see more shine in my hair, and in fact, was even complimented on it! The most noticeable change I saw was in my nails. For the first time ever they grew long and strong! As far as my skin, I didn't necessarily notice any big visibly, but it was a bit softer to the touch. Added bonus, the gummies taste good! Overall, this product is great. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is due to the minimal skin change. For the hair and nails, it's definitely a 5 star.

With regular pills I often forget to take them but with gummies I find myself wanting to take them, so it keeps me in check. They help keep my hair strong and help keep my nails from breaking. They taste super yummy like a strawberry gummy bear! My nails did feel more solid after using this product, my hair also felt a bit softer!
