I think this product is a good resource for Biotin .It's price is comfortable good value .I have been using for long time and I like it . Its flavor is delicious, but I think it contains many calories for each gum (15 calories) and you have to take two daily, that is, it is 30 calories daily. Ive been using them for a few weeks and have noticed a small difference already. The gummies themselves are pillowy soft and dont feel gritty when you eat them, like other gummy vitamins Ive tried. If you have problems with your skin and no topicals have worked, this may be a cool thing to try out. Obviously everyone has different skin types and concerns, so I cannot guarantee these will work for you, but I enjoy them.
