The gummies are soft and they smell like strawberries which I love! Packaging looks nice too! I will use this as my everyday vitamins from now on

Taking these gummy's, every day has helped my hair grow and my nails stronger. I have been on a hair care journey, and this is my favorite vitamin to take every day. It is a very affordable vitamin brand that you can buy in the packaging is pink who doesn't love pink.

I havent used them long enough to notice any difference in my hair or nails, but as good as they taste I will most likely buy another bottle
