My nails are stronger and Ive noticed my hair length is a bit longer. The best part is these gummies taste like candy!!! But only 2 are recommended per day.

They're not as fragile as they usually are, but they're also not as strong as I've had when taking other hair vitamins. My skin hasn't improved or gotten worse. I don't notice a change in my hair's condition or growth, but one bottle wouldn't be enough time to see a change in your hair anyway. Overall, these are decent and the gummies make it more enjoyable to remember to take every day. But if you're buying these with high expectations, I won't say these are worth it. I love this product! Its the only thing I've been able to use that actually helps strengthen my nails and helped them grow! I've noticed more benefits to my nails then i have to my hair. I did notice less breakage with my hair but the more significant change in the growth of my nails what amazing!

Idk how to tell if these work or not. Sometimes my fingernails peel with some brands and with others my nails grow super long. I haven't really taken notes to tell which is which. But am I going to stop paying to take these every day? Nope. So, what are you going to do?
