I've been using these gummies for several weeks and have noticed a visible improvement in the health of my hair and nails. The flavor is delicious, like fruit gummies, which makes it very easy to take them every day. The ingredients are of good quality, and I like that it contains 2,500 mcg of biotin, which has been key to seeing results. Plus, the packaging is practical and easy to use. As for the price, I think it's fair for the quantity of gummies it contains. I will definitely buy them again, as they have been effective and pleasant to consume.

The gummies taste so yummy, they remind me of the strawberries & creme hard candies. I don't know that they have made a significant different in my hair, nails, and skin, but I do have strong nails, healthy hair, and overall decent skin so they definitely don't hurt.
