I really like the fruity taste and how I have noticed a difference in my nails. I am almost done with the bottle and will buy again. The price is pretty affordable as well! Great product.

It’s important to take of your body, and skin from the inside out in addition to topical supplements. I have used these, until I found out they are not vegan, as they contain gelatin. I didn’t notice any significant changes with these as well. Not worth the price.

I wear acrylics and have a fill every 3.5 weeks, now Im going in every 2-2.5 weeks. I really love these gummies.

I’ve taken hair skin and nails on and off for years. I don’t know if it makes a significant difference but I’d like to think it does. I would check with a doctor before taking it because I think you can only take it for a certain amount of time without taking a break.
