Biotin just isn't something people have a deficiency in and you can get it easily with a good diet. There are no studies to back up that taking supplements will promote hair and nails growth. Also, gummies are not the best ways to get supplements because the way they are made does not guarantee how much of the vitamins, biotin, etc will actually be in each gummy. They tasted good, but I noticed no improvements in my hair, skin, or nails.

I am a long time user of Natures Bounty brand supplements, but have never tried the hair, skin & nails formula in a gummie.
