They have a great citrus flavor and they are gummies but this product is so soft. Not like the hard old tasting vitamins from other brands. I will be purchasing these. I recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The gummies are super convenient and come in strawberry flavor. They taste good, the only thing Im not a fan of is the texture. Its very gummy and very soft and it just feels weird when you chew. However, once you get over that theyre so easy to use! Take 2 a day, and youre set no nasty pills :) I havent been taking them very long to notice a drastic change (vitamins can take a whole month Ive heard to reallllly make a noticeable difference) but I will update my review once Ive completed the bottle :)

I've been taking Nature's Bounty Hair Skin & Nails 2,500 mcg of Biotin 80 Softgels for a few months now and I am very happy with the results. I have noticed a significant improvement in the condition of my hair, skin, and nails. My hair is shinier and stronger, my skin is smoother and more hydrated, and my nails are stronger and less brittle. I'm also taking other vitamins and supplements, but I believe this is the one that's making the biggest difference. The softgels are easy to swallow and don't have an unpleasant taste.
