This hair, skin, and nails product is by far my favorite. The gummies are so much easier to digest & have great flavor to them. I have seen improvement in my nails and hair. I would suggest also maintaining good nutrition and exercise as well to help with maintaining nails, hair and skin because the supplement helps but relying on it solely is not ideal. Also, the product is very affordable. Definitely recommend.

I love these vitamins because they taste amazing of course but I also have noticed a positive difference in my hair and skin. I have always had healthy, thick, and fast-growing nails but Im sure the gummies help with that too! My only con is that sometimes the gummies can get stuck together and/or stuck to the bottle and can be hard to get out. Other than that I recommend all my ladies out there try it out!!

this stuff is packaged well it not only taste like candy but it's so delicious so you don't have to worry about a nasty after taste. the texture is like a gummy and it works really well it made me hair nice and silky and my nail are getting longer!! it's not that pricy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My hair and nails always tend to grow faster than the typical 1/2 and inch per month, but I notice they are even longer in the the 2 weeks Ive been using this product. I havent seen much of a difference in my skin as of yet! All in all, Im very pleased with my results and will continue to use this product.

I took this for better nails and hair. I've had problems with them being pretty weak and fragile due to some stuff. At the first week it doesn't seem much difference, but after a couple of weeks I've noticed a small difference in how it feels and look.
