So far I love them! Ive been taking them for about 3 weeks I think. Obviously I havent seen my hair grow yet because that just takes time I guess. But they taste delicious, make my hair soft & shiny and definitely are a cheaper option than the Sugar Bear Hair Gummies! 100% recommend. Price is great

These are great supplements for your hair and skin. My girls both take them and their hair is long and healthy and so are their nails. I would have to say these vitamins do what they're supposed to. My girls like the gummy flavors too. The one thing that I would change is to put one of those moisture absorbing pads in the bottle. The gummy's like to stick together. The price is reasonable as well. I would recommend these.

Let's be honest, if all medicine could come in gummy form, I'd never complain about taking it! I noticed a huge difference in the strength of my nails in particular after taking this supplement. Highly recommend this product but make sure you don't start it until after speaking with your doctor.
