So I was super excited to start taking vitamins for my hair, skin and nails and but it didn't take long for them to start "working".. i put quotation marks there because while they definitely had an affect, the affect was rather embarrassing. They made me breakout horribly as if i was in middle school wearing sweaty gym clothes all day and they made me smell like it too (especially down there)... i dont doubt they work for some people but i was very disappointed they did not work for me, also i know it was at fault of the vitamins because as a women in her mid 30s, none of that is normal and all symptoms were only present when taking the gummies.. overall good taste and texture though!

I like the taste of these gummies and that they kind of just don't taste like weird healthy gummy is there anything they have like a good flavor cuz I do have a sweet tooth but I also like to you know be healthy. They're good for like what it says your hair and nails and really your whole body and I've been taking them and look they're really good like I feel I don't know healthier better so I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants healthier hair and healthier nails cuz he's gummies will do that.
