Aside for the amazing taste I havent noticed a huge difference in my hair/nails, but its hasnt even been a month. Ill update this later if I notice a huge difference.

I really liked these vitamins. They taste amazing. However, you do have to take two per day, and depending on the size, the bottle does not really last you that long. But I feel like they do really work. My hair seems healthier and it seems like it grows faster. I definitely noticed it does make my eyebrows and upper lip hairs grow faster between waxes, which is a negative.

Love these gummies, they taste so good. I've already noticed that they've really helped my nail health but it's still too soon to see results as far as my hair.
