Admittedly, my hair, skin, and nails were already in good condition thanks to the products I had been using prior to trying these gummies. To give them a fair trial, I temporarily stopped taking my Women's One A Day vitamins, which I usually rely on daily. My wellness regimen includes various practices that I swear by, like consuming fruit and vegetable juice, staying hydrated with water, taking cranberry pills, and incorporating probiotic & prebiotic supplements. For nail care, I trust Sally Hansen nail strengthener and nail polish, while my hair, which is natural and chemical-free with a low porosity, falls under the type 4c category. Given my typing-intensive work, I maintain my nails short yet healthy. Although I occasionally indulge in acrylic nails, it's not a regular occurrence, and fortunately, acne isn't a concern for me. Despite the claims of accelerated growth, I didn't experience noticeable hair or nail growth with these gummies. However, I acknowledge that it may require a longer duration of use for me to form a truly honest opinion about their efficacy. In my hair care routine, I prefer using real food ingredients like eggs, mayonnaise, flavorless gelatin, tea, bananas, citrus rice water, extra virgin olive oil, and jojoba oil. Wigs and weaves are seldom part of my styling routine. On the positive side, the gummies boast a pleasant strawberry flavor and a chewable texture that didn't stick to my teeth or cause any digestive discomfort. As for the appropriate timing between taking these gummies and my Women's One A Day vitamins, I'm uncertain. With their double dose of biotin at 6,000 mcg, I've decided to continue taking them and plan to purchase another bottle to assess any potential improvements with consistent usage.

I know this is a fan favorite. I thought they were okay. I've tried other forms of vitamins from the brand and loved them. The Gummies I noticed my nails growing but not as much my hair and skin benefits. It could of been I didn't give it enough time I finished one bottle and switched to another brand.

I think this product is a good resource for Biotin .It's price is comfortable good value .I have been using for long time and I like it . Its flavor is delicious, but I think it contains many calories for each gum (15 calories) and you have to take two daily, that is, it is 30 calories daily. It's like going to the gym, there are no good results if you just exercise and do not eat well. I had seen these Nature Bounty gummies raves about by social media influencers, especially when they were put in the FabFitFun boxes. I am going to give yall my real honest opinion and experience. When I got the gummies I immediately wanted to try them. Well I could only chew one because of the taste. The strawberry flavor does not taste like strawberry at all. Instead it was more bitter and I was just wanting it to be over with. I cannot attest to how the product works for hair, skin and nails sense I couldnt get over the taste. If you are a taste kind of person and are thinking about buying these gummies as a fun way to take a vitamin, I highly recommend you find another brand.
