I didnt feel a big difference in my hair, skin and nails, but Ill keep using it and see if anything improves. I didnt like how it has high fructose corn syrup as a big ingredient because thats totally unnecessary in a vitamin. I think there are better vitamins out there by MyKind Organics and they all organic and vegan.

So pleased with these vitamins at this point. A colleague of mine was using this brand and was not seeing the results she had hoped for but thought that perhaps I would. As I have gotten older, the collagen in my hair has altered and needless to say my growth and overall hair health was declining. Where it hasn't been long enough to gauge results with my hair, my nails have never been healthier. Looking forward to seeing the results at the end of the bottle

I finished this in about a month so its hard to say if it did what it claims but my nails have started to grow more and my hair feels healthier from the roots. Im def going to start purchasing

After taking them for about a month, I do think they improve hair and nail growth! My nails seem stronger and my hair seems fuller. Im not convinced my skin looks better, but it may take more time to see those results. They taste pretty good and are easy to take! Overall would recommend.

What I like about these vitamins is that they actually do work! I've been using these for a little over a month now and I'm noticing the difference. Not only that, but they are gummies and they have really great flavor! I will continue to purchase 🙌😊

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never been huge on pills for hair growth because the one time I tried, I swear my hair grew everywhere more rapidly except on my head so ever since Ive been very iffy. But I decided to try them out. 1 because these are gummies and not pills so I knew even if they did nothing at least I would enjoy taking them. I dont have the strongest review as I have not been taking these for very long to say omg my hair has grown so much but what I have noticed that while taking these my nails have grown more and my skin looks a little better. I really dont want to judge the gummies due to the effect on my hair because honestly my hair grows extremely slow but if I see a major difference, I will definitely come back here and update my review and probably order a whole box of these.
