[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I@have always wanted to try the Naturess Bounty Hair Skin and Nails gummies but never made the lead. First and foremost, the strawberry flavor is light but sweet. It wasnt overpowering or sugar flavored. The gummy did not stick to my teeth and was easy to chew unlike other gummies. A service size is two gummies and is almost a little treat-in my opinion. I gave it 4/5 stars because despite it being a hair skin and nail supplement the Biotin amount seemed somewhat low compared to other products Ive used or seen (2500 mcg/serving) but when reviewing the nutrition facts it is still 833% of the normal daily expected value. I also noticed it has three carbs per serving, which for many is nothing or goes unnoticed, but for myself and others watching sugar and carbs it can add up quickly. Overall I am satisfied with the product it was just minor things that matter to me and may go unseen by others. I am going to monitor my nail growth to determine if it makes an impact.

Just because I'm an adult doesn't mean vitamins can't be fun! I started taking these after removing a gel manicure that didn't want to be removed, it's been about a month and my nails are growing nicely and feel a bit stronger compared to after the gel manicure. I probably won't continue on these after this bottle is gone as my daily vitamin is pretty comprehensive.
